I am a science reporter who has

respectfully request that you ask the Court and that the Court consider admitting into the procedure vital and relevant supplementary evidence contained in Greek criminal prosecutor probe investigations, particulary D 15 218, which concern the same alleged offences and the same individuals, Bill Gates and Albert Bourla, as the present civil proceedings in Leuwarden.
In particular, I ask you to admit supplementary evidence the relevant Greek state prosecutor records D 15 218, E 17 449, E 17 378 and E 17 379, evidence and statements obtained in those proceedings pursant to Articles 19 Rv, 21 Rv and 152 Rv of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure (Wetboek van Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering)
In addition, pursuant to Article 166 of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure (Wetboek van Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering), I ask to participate in the civil proceedings as both a witness and an injured party (benadeelde partij) in the criminal probe D 15 218 and E 17 449, I ask you to request and for the Court to allow for me to testify in person as witness in the present proceedings regarding the allegations in the criminal probe D 15 218 from 2015 against Bill Gates and his Foundation, and the facts concerning crimes against me and the treatment of my warnings that the special class of pandemic vaccines to which covid belongs is a bioweapon from 2015.
I submit that the criminal proceedings capturing Gates, Foundation in crimes against a reporter, myself, in 2015 and the corruption of due process to protect Gates, as well as the evidence that Albert Bourla joined in the crimes from 2022, are directly relevant to the disputed factual issues about whether covid vaccines are medicines or bioweapons and whether the Dutch people were deiberately deceived, will contribute to establishing the facts underlying the present claim and is necessary to enable the Court to reach a fully informed determination of the dispute in relation to Unlawful actons, attribution, damage, causation and relativity.
For me to testify without Bill Gates and Albert Bourla being allowed to reply and defend themselves in person would be unfair.
That is why i ask for both Gates and Bourla to be called to testify at the court in person about my allegations under cross examination so that the world may have a record of their defence.
My right as a civil party and politiki enagon to a fair trial and investigation and to question Bill Gates should have been upheld by the Greek justice officials in 2015, but was not due to verifiable corruption, and my testimony directly relevant to the trial in Leeuwarden in 2026 because it concerns the the principle that no individual, regardless of political position or authority, is above scrutiny or the law.
I ask you to ask the Duch court to call me as an essential witness as well as Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, and in particular, Giselle van Cann and Paul Jansen as part of an expanded examination of the evidence in the civil case after many questions were raised durng the main hearing on October 22nd 2026 .
I ask you to ask the Court that Gates and Bourla be considered essential witnesses who should be called to attend a cross examination in person at the earliest possible date because the evidence of their involvement in crimes against a reporter could help establish how early they knew warnings that the special class of vaccines to which covid vaccines belongs are bioweapons, how early they discussed and attempted to suppress warnings of the harms of this special class of vaccines as well as of the foreseeable mass sicness and death caused by the covid vaccines to the Dutch people
1. Establishing prior knowledge: The Greek prosecutor probe is important because it helps establish that Gates had knowledge of warnings about covid vaccines as de facto bioweapons being given to the public using false claims of safety and effectiveness violence before the covid vaccine campaign was rolled out and developed into systematic mass murder.
It is important to establish precisely what Gates, Foundation and key associates knew in 2014, what information reached them and whether they understood the potential consequences of the policies they were helping to implement.
2. Gates involvement: I believe it is vital to question Gates about his knowledge of the police investigation D 15 218, whether he had discussed The Tampa Bay Times, Punditfact article in 2014 in which his then Foundation spokesperson comments on my allegations, whether he had read my orginal report and why a paragraph from my report was quoted on in the TBT, Punditfact, why the sources and context were ignored, and why a personal attack on the author was made rather than a factual discussion of my claims, and whether he knew about the attempt of imprisonment without due process in April 2015 after I warned the UK parliament about his activities and vaccines and whether he had any involvement in suppressing evidence and removing the files from the record and ensuring they remained removed for more than ten years, and why his Foundation does not respond to my emails.
I would examine Gates leading role in the global covid vaccine response through his funding of the WHO, Gavi to establish whether early knowledge of vaccines as bioweapons developed into direct responsibility for organised mass murder using deliberate deception.
I would examine Bourla for his role in joinin in the crimes from 2022 and in the global covid vaccine response as the CEO of manufactuer fizer whether early knowledge of vaccines as bioweapons potentially contminated with the Simian Virus and causing cytokine storms developed into direct responsibility for organised mass murder using deliberate deception.
3. Giselle Van Cann s and Paul Jansen involvement: I would like to questioned Van Cann and Jansen about whether they had read or discussed the evidence that covid vaccines were far from safe and effective, whether they knew about the threats against myself and whether they used their newspapers as propaganda to promote pseudo science and to discredit warnings about the vaccine as "conspiracy theorists".
I will seek to establish whether Van Cann and Jansen helped conceal the dangers of the covid vaccines from the Dutch public while using propaganda to encourage the public to take the vaccine, what information or instructions they were given, and who gave it, and whether there were financial or other inducements for them to wilfully ignore facts,documents and research worthy of analysis and reports.
I will seek to establish why the Russian TV interviewed me on these probes in 2016 coming all the way from Moscow while NOS and De Telegraaf like other MSM and so called alt media could not find the probes.
I will seek to establish if they did not want to find the probes showing crimes against a reporter because this would betray their function as propaganda for Gates and his associates during the covid vaccine campaign
4. The corruption of the investigation: Because evidence demonstrates definitively that the police investigation into Gates in 2015 was deliberately obstructed, this was potentially significant evidence of the Gates use of political power to protect himself and his intermediaries from accountability and how this can shed light on the activities of Mark Rutte in The Netherlands
Since Gates benefitted from the suppression, it is reasonable to infer that he ordered the investigation to be stopped, and the reporter to be revictimized.
The original police records, correspondence and testimony are particularly important.
5. Establishing a pattern of concealment:
I will seek to connect the proven 2015 suppression of evidence againt Gates and the subsequent retaliaton against me with Gates efforts to continue to mislead people about the covid vaccines.
The court should to investigate whether the same individuals who knew about early warnings later participated in the machinery of developing and distribuing covid vaccines which they knew to be designed to cause mass sickness and death and whether knowledge of such danger in 2014, 2015 was proven in advance of the later covid vaccine programme.
6. Why they were essential witnesses:
Gates and Bourla should be questioned in person in the court because their testimony could help establish the chain of knowledge, decision-making and concealment at the heart of the covid vaccine campain.
They should explain what they knew about my warnings, the crimes against me, the police investigation and its subsequent obstruction.
By confronting them with original documents, police records, emails and their own statements, I will seek to establish whether the 2014, 2015 events represented an early warning of the crimes that followed during the covid vaccine campaign and of deliberate deception.
The purpose is to demonstrate individual responsibility through evidence rather than leave important questions about the origins and concealment of Gates crimes unanswered.
Both Gates and Bourla are essential witnesses because of their senior positions in the covid vaccine rollout in The Netherlands and their direct involvement in global covid vaccine decisons and manufacturing, markeing and distribution.
Their evidence in person in the court is needed to establish when confronted with the Greek prosecutor probes how much they knew about dangers of the covid vaccines and the warnings of a reporter, myself, when they knew about it, and how they helped organise, justify and conceal the persecution of a reporter while giving the Dutch
persecution of a reporter while giving the Dutch people the covid vaccine using false and deceptive claims of safety.
Their cross examination of the prosecutor probes is vital to demonstrating that the harms of the covid vaccine are not simply isolaed side effects part of a wider, organised system .
I would like to cross-examine Gates about his fundng and influence on WHO, Gavi, covid vaccine developers like BioNtech as well as the media years confronted with the contradictions in the Greek prosecutor probes.
I would like to ask what he knew about the irregular ovid vaccine trials, reports he received about the enormous number of advese events and why he attempted to conceal the true nature of the harms from the public as well as of the prosecutor probe investigation into him from 2015 and its corruption.
I will seek to confront Gates in the court room with his own public statements when he advocated for the covid vaccines, claimed they were safe and effective and dismissed critics as crazy and evil at the same time as the handling of the prosecutor probes shows Gates actively suppressing a reporter using violence rather than facts and arguments.
This confrontation of Gates with his own statements and the Greek prosecutor probes will make difficult for him to claim ignorance or deny his responsibility.
I would like to question Giselle van Cann and Paul Jansen about their role in spreading propaganda for the covid vaccines, encouraging hostily towards people who had genuine criticism and and misleading the Dutch public about the persecution of the free media.
I will ask whether they knew about the massive increase in adverse events, excess deaths, cancers and heart attacks after the vaccines, how propaganda was used to justify coercing people into taking them, and whether the deliberately concealed the truth from the Dutch population.
I believe that their' propaganda helped create an environment in which the massive vaccine campaign with an experimental vaccine could be carried out and justified.
Ultimately, I would have wanted both editors to answer for their individual responsibilities as editors for two major media outlets, NOS and De Telegraaf, using copies of their articles than relying on accusations alone.
