Benjamin Netanyahu has again dismissed rumours of his death, calling them “fake news”.

Throughout the video the flags are identical and for much of a video there is a strange bulge on the right breast area of his suit that reaches out a naturally to make contact with his right arm. At one point we seem to see a flash on his right hand that looks like the ring that appears and disappears in the balcony video, but doesn't reappear.
Obviously, it's suspicious that even though he normally gestures quite a bit during his addresses in this case his hands are conveniently hidden behind the front of the lectern or in a steady position at the sides of the lectern.
The camera never pans around to the crowd of reporters (before I watched the 7 plus minute clip at 1/4 speed, I watched the press version -- supposedly asking questions afterward -- and it looks like, in some cases, what the reporters are asking in the audio does not match with how their lips are moving).
He never blinks except for emphasis.
He never swallows.
He only looks at the camera twice, briefly.
Other details:
:23 his left shirt cuff is appearing unnaturally (this happens several times and it is definitely not based on the tension of his sleeve. Even the times that he moves his hand, resting on the lectern, it does not make his shirt cuff appear, so we can reasonably rule out that movement alone makes the shirt cuff appear)
:47 his fingers on his right hand are all the same length
:57 his shirt cuff and the rest of his suit cuff on his left hand side both reconstitute after he's put his hand back on the lectern
1:07 his ring on his left hand disappears for a microsecond
1:22 the mid-portion of his suit on the right side suddenly snaps into a more form-fitting shape (exactly the same area that had unnaturally bulged through much of the video thus far
1:29 his left ear moves unnaturally and despite the angle of this face continues to appear -- too high and too far forward and is ridiculously still visible at 1:30
1:34 now the ear is too far back and looks like something literally pasted onto the side of his head with no integration (in fact, this pattern is quite consistent going forward)
