Dear Gen. Dagvin R.M. Anderson, Commander of the United States Africa Command,
I sent your Command, Africom, by email verifiable evidence that ebola, covid are criminal schemes with Donald Trump and Jared Kushner accused in Greek prosecutor probes E 17 449 of participating in a secret scheme to spread diseases like covid and ebola along with Bill Gates in 2017 and of using ordinary sense crimes to silence a reporter, myself, for exposing that scheme.

A criminal scheme means that there is no ebola emergency.
A fabricated emergency means there is no exemption from liability for any of the participants in that scheme.

Please correct me if I am wrong about the timeline.
My emails and records show Africacom has been repeatedly informed of these probes and the existence of a scheme. And after these credible, verifiable warnings, you ordered soldiers to go to Kenya to continue the scheme, namely, in the past 20 hours or so. Is that correct?
Today it is reported that AFRICOM, which played a central role in Operation United Assistance, a 2014 sending 3,000 U.S. troops, including from the 101st Airborne Division, is once more sending soldiers to an ebola unit exposing them to ebola and in defiance of a court order of the Kenyan High Court.
The Kenyan High Court has suspended the construction of the ebola center pending inquiries as to whether it will be run according to the high standards required to avoid nosocomial and other infections.
It is extraordinary that you do not share the concern of the High court.
It is extraordinary that you in breach of your duty of care for your soldiers do not want to ensure that the ebola centre under dispute does not lead to cross infections of people working at the centre which could spread ebola in Kenya and the USA by ascertaining and evaluating the precise details of how it will be run.
It is inexplicable why you do not want transparency on the protocols, tests and other vital information of how the isolation centre in Kenya will be run like the High Court of Kenya does given the potential threat to military personnel and the USA by a flawed approach.
You want to stop ebola, no?
You want the highest level of care, no? You do not want some fifth rate set up where ebola spreads around the unit, around Kenya, around the US military through your negligence, do you? That means you must want information, details, checks, transparency before you send personnel to the unit just like the High Court. That means you must want to wait for the court case to be conducted.
You have not waited.
You have breached your most basic duties of care, General Anderson.
There are only two explanations
You are a part of the criminal syndicate trading your position for cash and favours, trading your integrity for services to Trump, Kushner and Bill Gates.
You saw my emails, saw the prosecutor probes spell arrests are now , like Trump, Kushner, Rubio, Hegseth and Gates, are panicking at being caught and are rushing ahead with a doomed plan to spread ebola around and justify martial law, the suspension of the mid term elections mass ebola vaccinations despite the fact this will end with the culprits in prison in 2026 and possibly death row for the world has woken up.
The other explanation is you are negligent and incompetent.

The Greek prosecutor probes E 17 449 and D 15 218 are there to be used and they must be used.
