That there is an entire generation of German politicians who either consciously or unconsciously sound just like the Nazi s in their attitude and goals is a testimony to the failure of country to come to terms with their Nazi past.

It is frankly incredible that the CDU tolerates politicians like Johannes Winkel who have forgotten history and who are demanding German soldiers de facto fight with Nazi tainted Ukraine against Russia just 80 years after German soldiers committed atrocities during WW2 including massacring Jews and killing, starving, raping, enslaving millions of Russian civilians as documented in countless sources also used at the Nuremberg trials.

If Johannes Winkler wants to go to the Ukraine front, let him go. He should lead by example, join one of the far right militias or Ukrainian brigades with the Swastika emblems like the Azovs and fight the Russians and pay the price.

Even the New York Times has reported on the fact the Ukraine army is filled with Nazis who openly display Nazi symbols.

Is he a secret Nazi? Did he have grandparents who were Nazi sympathisers? Who considered the Russians as an inferior race?

Or has he traded integrity for cash? Is he hoping his pro war stance will get him big donations from German industry?

Is he among those pushing for conscription to get the young Germans into uniform and off the Eastern front for the profit of industrialists and bankers?

It is the German manufactuers like Porsche who seem to be salivating for WW3 to boost their income from the new military funds despite the fact its economy has few parallels to WW2.

Germany in 2025 is not a world leading industrial nation as it was before WW2 when tanks and fighters were innovative weapons. It does not matter how many tanks, armoured cars the German car industry produces in 2025, the technology is out of date and the public are not susceptible to propaganda.

He should not be alloweed to drag young German people, and all Germany, into WW3 for the profit of the industrialists.
