MACRON TRIES TO DEFEND HIS LAWSUIT BY CLAIMING HONOUR IN NEW STRATEGY?
CANDACE OWENS MUST FOCUS ON FALSE CLAIMS AND MALICE TO WIN THE LAWSUIT AS MACRON IS TRYING TO FOCUS ON THE VAGUE CONCEPT OF OFFENDED HONOR
CANDACE SHOWS HOW THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF THE EXISTENCE OF JEAN MICHEL TROGNOUX FROM AROUND 1970! YET HE IS A CO PLAINTIFF OF THE LAWSUIT AND AN ELECTORAL CARD IN HIS NAME WAS PRESENTED AS VIRTUALLY THE SOLE EVIDENCE OF HIS EXISTENCE BY THE MACRONS!
CANDACE MUST INSIST ON DEPOSING JEAN MICHEL TROGNEUX AS WELL AS BRIGITTE AT THE SAME TIME
SHE SHOULD BE CAREFUL OF THE NEW STRATEGY OF MACRON TO STRESS HIS HONOR IN AN APPARANT TACTIC TO DEFLECT FROM THE LAWS ON DEFAMATION, MALICE AND FREE SPEECH
HER FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS SHOULD PROTECT HER FROM ANY CLAIM SHE HAS OFFENDED MACRONS HONOR WHEN IT IS MACRON WHO HAS OFFENDED HER HONOUR AS A REPORTER BY A DEFAMATORY AND FAKE AND MALICIOUS LAWSUIT TO STIFFLE A DISCUSSION ABOUT THE GENDER OF BRIGITTE IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST
SINCE HE HIMSELF APPEARED STRIPPED NAKED ON THE FRONT COVER OF THE BI MONTHLY GAY MAG GARCON, MACRON CAN HARDLY CLAIM OFFENDED HONOR
MOREOVER, HONOR IS NOT A DEFENCE WHEN FALSE CLAIMS ARE MADE AND A DEFAMATION LWSUIT IS USED TO STIFFLE THE TRUTH THAT BRIGITTE AND JMT ARE IDENTICAL
MACRON IS REQUIRED TO PROVE WITH DOCS, FACTS THAT THEY ARE SEPARATE PEOPLE AND HE CANNOT, SUGGESTING HE IS DISHONORABLE IN THE EXTREME
CANDACE ALSO POINTS OUT THAT MELANIA SHOULD SUE MICHAEL WOLFF OVER HIS CLAIMS AND NOT HUNTER BIDEN
FOR MELANIA TO PROVE A FALSE CLAIM AND MALICE IS A HIGH BAR SHE ALMOST CERTAINLY WILL NOT MEET
HUNTER BIDEN CAN SAY HE REPEATED WOLFF S CLAIMS IN GOOD FAITH GIVEN HIS INTERACTIONS WITH EPSTEIN MADE HIM A CREDIBLE SOURCE AND HE SHOULD ENJOY FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT TO STATE AN ALTERNATIVE VERSION OF EVENTS TO MELANIA
MICHAEL WOLFF HAS PUBLISHED SNIPPETS OF HIS 100 HOURS OF RECORDINGS WITH EPSTEIN, MAKING HIM A CREDIBLE SOURCE
WOLFF SAYS THE EPSTEIN ESTATE OWNS EPSTEIN S LAST RECORDINGS WITH STEVE BANNON IN A SURPRISING TWIST!
From media
Michael Wolff details his 100 hours of recorded conversations with Jeffrey Epstein. He explains why Steve Bannon’s tapes are owned by Epstein’s estate, Bannon’s media coaching role, and why the FBI never reached out. Wolff insists the material is not for sale but is his story to tell.

In 2014, Epstein approached Wolff, a highly respected New York journalist who had been the media columnist of Vanity Fair, with a view to being written about. Wolff had just begun writing about Trump, work which would form the basis of Fire and Fury, the first of his accounts of the president’s time in the White House.
...
Five years before Epstein’s death in 2019, Wolff, best known as the author of four bestselling books on Trump’s presidency, began recording hundreds of interviews with the financier, and attended exclusive events at his flat in New York. For years, no publisher or broadcaster has dared to touch the explosive cache – which he claims runs close to 100 hours of tape, split over some 30 sessions together.
Instead, Wolff has released only snippets of the recordings to date. But now, thanks to the mounting speculation about the extent of Trump’s relationship with Epstein, the tapes have become some of the most in-demand material in America.

Donald Trump’s former chief strategist Steve Bannon has described the Trump Tower meeting between the president’s son and a group of Russians during the 2016 election campaign as “treasonous” and “unpatriotic”, according to an explosive new book seen by the Guardian.
Bannon, who was chief executive of the Trump campaign in its final three months, then White House chief strategist for seven months before returning to the rightwing Breitbart News, is a central figure in the nasty, cutthroat drama, quoted extensively, often in salty language.

He is particularly scathing about a June 2016 meeting involving Trump’s son Donald Jr, son-in-law Jared Kushner, then campaign chairman Paul Manafort and Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya at Trump Tower in New York. A trusted intermediary had promised documents that would “incriminate” rival Hillary Clinton but instead of alerting the FBI to a potential assault on American democracy by a foreign power, Trump Jr replied in an email: “I love it.”
The meeting was revealed by the New York Times in July last year, prompting Trump Jr to say no consequential material was produced. Soon after, Wolff writes, Bannon remarked mockingly: “The three senior guys in the campaign thought it was a good idea to meet with a foreign government inside Trump Tower in the conference room on the 25th floor – with no lawyers. They didn’t have any lawyers.
....
Bannon has criticised Trump’s decision to fire Comey. In Wolff’s book, obtained by the Guardian ahead of publication from a bookseller in New England, he suggests White House hopes for a quick end to the Mueller investigation are gravely misplaced.
“You realise where this is going,” he is quoted as saying. “This is all about money laundering. Mueller chose [senior prosecutor Andrew] Weissmann first and he is a money-laundering guy. Their path to fucking Trump goes right through Paul Manafort, Don Jr and Jared Kushner … It’s as plain as a hair on your face.”
Last month it was reported that federal prosecutors had subpoenaed records from Deutsche Bank, the German financial institution that has lent hundreds of millions of dollars to the Kushner property empire. Bannon continues: “It goes through Deutsche Bank and all the Kushner shit. The Kushner shit is greasy. They’re going to go right through that. They’re going to roll those two guys up and say play me or trade me.”

Finally, Epstein introduced Belyakov to the former Israeli Defence Minister, Ehud Barak. According to The Wall Street Journal, Barak met with Epstein dozens of times at the American financier’s mansions in Florida and New York and travelled on his private jet. In 2015, Barak created the Sum (E.B.) company to invest in the high-tech start-up, Carbyne (formerly Reporty), with Epstein providing most of the money to acquire shares in Carbyne.
Belyakov made good on his promises, too. For example, he drafted a letter of recommendation for Epstein’s assistant Svetlana (Lana) Pozhidaeva to obtain an O-1 talent visa to the United States. «Svetlana has been helping our Organizing Committee since 2014, advising upon the Western participants and ensuring cooperation between Western business leaders and Russian authorities. It was an honor having Svetlana participate in the Forum in 2014 and I am looking forward to hearing her speak at the Forum this year», Belyakov indicated in the letter.
