The arrest of Prince Andrew is the first arrest of a member of the Monarchy since the Bank of England was privatized in 1666 to benefit the private bankers like the Rothschilds, who set up a contol system of corrupt elites to ensure they were above the law.

When a central bank allows the private bankers to print money out thin air and charge interest for it, as happened in 1666 in Britain with the Act of Coinage, then it also alters the essential purpose of the State.
The purpose of the State no longer becomes the protection of life and prosperity of the people. From the remotest time to the seventeenth century of our era, the right to coin money and to regulate its value (by giving it denominations) and by limiting or increasing the quantity of it in circulation, was the exclusive prerogative of the State.
