Nvidia chief says US and China are in an AI war, no question China will win

After the ChatGPT debacle exposed thhe AI efforts of America s companies to be hype, even counter productive in creating a "hallucinatory AI" of virtually no value in terms of knowledge input, and this, despite 100s of billions in investment and the use of vast numbers of Nvidia chips, there can be no doubt about who will win any AI war.

China s Deepseek produced a far better AI just because its inventors using a more intelligent design and classifying questions and problems.

China with tens of millions of STEM graduates and a population of 1.4 billion, with limitless case thanks to the way its central bank can print money for free, and with intelligent leaders, has caught up in record time in the AI race it had barely entered five years ago and is set to overtake the USA.

So, if the notion of Trump, Soros and Thiel was to stop China by tariffs from becoming the world s AI leader, the plan is already doomed as Nvidia s chief has warned.

Bill Gates, Microsoft, ChatGPT cannot make up for a lack of intelligence in their overall approach, which dommed ChatGPT.

In my thinking, his vistion of AI factories as drivers of production is fundamentally flawed because of the cost factor. If it costs that much to automatize and semi automatize production, the products will be very costly. And if there is low employment, who is going to buy the products?

The real advantage which China will reap from its major advances in AI will be  when it comes to cyber defence and military applications.
