LAWYER HAD A DIPLOMA FROM THE CITY OF LONDON POLY IN 1984!
DID NOT GET IN TO OR ATTEMPT TO GET INTO A RUSSELL GROUP UNI OR ANY UK UNI BEFORE STANDARDS WERE SIGNIFICANTLY LOWERED AND POLYTECHNICS TURNED INTO UNIS
The departure of a key lawyer who has served as the legal director to the EU since 2020 may signal the EC realizes it cannot hide major criminal schemes of von der Leyen with legalese in 2025 and needs some genuine legal talent.
From media
The European Commission announced its most senior legal adviser will leave his role — hours after President Ursula von der Leyen was handed a bruising verdict in a court battle over private messages.
“The European Commission has decided to transfer, in the interest of the service, Daniel Calleja y Crespo, to the function of Head of the European Commission Representation in Spain,” an official statement issued on Wednesday said.

The law is not a technique or a technocratic issue, open to endless interpretation as Calleja Y Crespo may have thought as an official inside a totaliatarina bureaucracy, insulated from the public also by a controlled media.
The law is a core set of principles which holds a society, culture and nation together. Justice is a fundamental and natural demand of human beings.
Plato wrote his book The Republic 2,500 years ago about the vital role which justice has to play inany functioning society.
The rule of law has an explosive political dimension.
Governments can be overthrown when they are seen to misuse their office to break the rule of law, destroy the law or attack judges as Trump and von der Leyen are to enhance their fortunes.
The CV of Crespo does not suggest much brilliance (A diploma from a UK polytehnic in 1984...Was it that hard to get into a Russell Group or other UK university in 1984 before the expansion of unis?)
Certainly his advice to von der Leyen in Pfizergate appears to have been an unmitigated, political disaster if he did advise her she could get away with her trickery and lies in such a vital matter as the covid jab contracts.
IMO, the intelligent lawyer does not ask whether someone like von der Leyen an get away with a criminal scheme and with hiding her Pfizer text messages using trickery, subterfuge and legalese.
The intelligent lawyer realizes there is a political reaction to obvious corruption which is more costly than the crime itself because a cover up discredits entire institutions.
Plus, the crime is always going to come out anyway in the end. The average person wants to know what is going on around them. They know they have rights. Justice is a right. The EU has laws.
The desire for tansparency is a spiritual law underpinning justice.
The EC needs to hire a good lawyer, should get some realistic legal advice also about the Greek prosecutor probes, a gigantic and growing political and legal liability for the entire EC as well as Pfizer, Gates, Soros, Buffett and, of course, Trump because crime is piled on crime, day after day, week after week, year after year.
A good lawyer gets politically beneficial results by conceding the criminal scheme of individuals to rescue the entire institution from being discredited.
