My thinking is Ford can capture a new market in cars which have NO electronics, NO chips, NO way to be hacked and hijacked
By producing basic, durable cars made of metal with just a basic chassis, axels, engines, Ford could appeal to the growing number of people who realize automated driving, chips, electronics add very little real value to a car and also make them very hard to maintain, fix and drive
Above all, cars that do not need to be taken to a garage for an expensive repair job by electronics engineers with every tiny glitch.
As for Musk, the notion this guy can build a starbase city or a golden dome together with his crony Peter Thiel is fantastical.
The world now knows that Musk s image as a brilliant, innovative business man is the product of a slick PR job. His claim to be worth c 50 billion in pay was fraudulent.
He has singlehandedly set in motion a train of events which has ruined Tesla as well as much of the US gov and economy.
In fact, Musk can and should be put on trial along with Trump, Kushner, Soros and Gates for his role in censoring the Greek prosecutor probes and in dismantling key government services and jobs without authority while feigning to be eliminating just waste and fraud and to have authority which only Congress has.
