New Pope is implicated in the cover up of child abuse, fuelling fears the Catholic church elite are unfit

 The Vatican continues to be emmeshed in paedophile and money scandals and now a scandal as pushers of the toxic covid jabs.

After another cardinal suspected of covering up paedophilia by priests was elected pope, it be little surprise if more Catholics abandon the church as an instituton but not Jesus Christ and Christianity.

If priests are morally corrupted, liars and paedophiles or enablers of them, how they be allowed to continue to perform the Sacraments?

How can it be argued Grace does not leave corrupted priests and make them unfit to perform the Sacraments when the same Church argues Grace leaves all Christians (Baptism)  if they fail to uphld the ethical laws laid down by Christ?

In fact, it used to be more common to suspend priests from performing the sacraments when they were obviously unfit, worldly and corrupted and misusing their position.

This practse seems to have stopped altogether because the very top of the Catholic Church hierarchy are implicated in acts of indescribable evil and do not even attempt to lead ethical lives, Christian lives or repent.

These evil priests become the number 1 enemy of the good priests because they fear exposure.

Six weeks before American Cardinal Robert Prevost became Pope Leo XIV, the activist group Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests (SNAP) filed a complaint against him, along with other church leaders, to the Vatican’s Secretary of State, Cardinal Pietro Parolin.

The group alleged Prevost “harmed the vulnerable and caused scandal” by mishandling two situations – in Chicago in 2000, and in Peru in 2022 – involving priests accused of sexual abuse.

The group said that as provincial supervisor in Chicago for the Augustinian order in 2000, Prevost allowed a priest accused of abusing at least 13 minors to live at the Augustinian order’s St. John Stone Friary in Hyde Park, half a block from St. Thomas the Apostle Elementary School. The priest, Father James Ray, had been barred since 1991 from performing parish work or being alone with minors – restrictions the Archdiocese of Chicago noted when it asked Prevost to allow Ray to live at the friary, the complaint said.

“The school was never notified,” said SNAP spokeswoman Sarah Pearson. In 2002, after the US Conference of Catholic Bishops tightened their policies, Ray was moved from the priory and removed from public ministry. He was removed from the priesthood in 2012.
