I am writing to you to ask for asylum in Iran or an Iranian embassy and also for you to publicize the crimes against me by Jared Kushner and Donald Trump which may well make many American and European soldiers refuse to orders or to sacrifice their lives in any war against Iran, Russia or China.
An Irish, Austrian citizen and science reporter, I have been denied justice like the submasters in the UK Post Office, IT Horizon scandal whose executives the UK police are now investigating also for manslaughter, for deliberately leaving their victims to die of stress, hunger, poverty or in prison as part of Operation Olympos.
Despite repeated requests to US, UK and Greek authorities and politicians for help in correcting violations of my fair trial rights to put Jared Kushner and Donald Trump and others on trial for their verifiable crimes against me documented in prosecutor probes, I have received no help.

I believe Iran and China may have many benefits from giving me asylum and publicizing this case.
To bring all the crimes of the broad Kushner and Epstein Billionaire circle into a single litigation, covering not just countries, but continents, and the world, and spanning two decades, countless individuals and countless events is impossible.
And there is a single legal action which can be used immediately against this group in relation to covid.
Speed is what is required as the Epstein circle seek to cover up their crimes by escalating the war with Iran. And this legal case is already built and present in Greek prosecutor probes.
After sabotaging the peace talks yesterday, Trump has announced a naval blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, apparently joining your own side, so successful has been your blockade!
But when the penny drops with Trump he has once more committed himself to an action set to backfire, he and his Epstein Billionaires will be sure to try to escalate the war.
They need the war to escape accountability for their crimes, which go well beyond sex trafficking and paedophilia, and include depopulation, eugenics and covid They need a war to declare an emergency and to stay in power.

Is it a surprise that major Epstein Billionaires were caught in E 17 449 and D 15 218 including Bill Gates and George Soros trying to de facto kill a reporter for warning about just this scheme using experimental vaccines?
If it is proven covid was a crime by the Epstein circle, then it is proven that the entire world is their victim. People in the USA and Europe will see they have more in common with Iran and with each other than they think. They have a common enemy. They will be able to crystallize and identify that enemy and see how enemy is trying, literally, to kill them whether by using jabs or wars or financial tricks.
The incentive to unite with Iran, China and Russia will be very great.
Trump, Kushner clearly want to use the old tactic of divide and rule, and get everyone fighting everyone else, the Germans and NATO fighting the Russians,the Americans, Israelis and Brits fighting he iranians and the Japanese fighting the Chinese while they escape scot free.
That Kushner, Trump and the Epstein Billionaires are the common enemy of the entire world can be seen from the prosecutor probes. The probes present verifiable, objective facts.
The American, Israeli and German armies were subjected to particularly coercive covid jab mandates. When the soldiers understand, as many plainly already do, that they were deliberately poisoned by the Epstein Billionaires for their profits, they will insist on justice being done.
The right to life is the most basic right every citizen has.
The other advantage of these probes is that they are ordinary sense criminal probes of the kind everyone understands.
The crimes are crimes in Greece, the USA, the entire world. They are crimes like beating some up, stealing someone s money, slandering someone, seizing someone, locking them up in a building and the kind of crimes that happen all the time in most people s communities.
The standard elements of a criminal investigation are also there. The police, the prosecutor court, the procedures to gather evidence, record witness statements are all there.
It is a criminal probe opened against Kushner and Trump in 2017 used the standard procedures, applying the well known rules for collecting evidence and taking the testimony of witnesses,including Simos Samaras.
The investigation took nearly a year. The investigation covered events which started in February 2017. But it was not until nearly ten months later that I gave my testimony to prosecutors in November on 2017 on the crimes of Jared Kushner and Donald Trump inside the court like any other witness to a crime.
The crimes against a little reporter are not the substance of the case. The substance of the case is what I was reporting on, on what the Epstien Billionaires wanted to censor and hide.The magnitude of the disease plot that they were planning,which eventually culminated in covid, is what stands out as the legally vital element for prosecuting Kushner and Trump.
It is not a complicated legal case involving lots of witnesses.
The guilt of Trump, Kushner and their tool, lawyer Simos Samaras, working with the Greek Orthodox clergy caught working for Gates and Soros in D 15 218, is proven.
D 15 218,the sole motive for the crimes is given as my reports on the Billionaire s epidemic disease plot.
Precisely that was the subject of my interview the Russian journalists for which Kushner helped them obtain visas allegedly.
This allegation triggered the attempt to imprison me without trial or due process which resulted in Kushner and Trump being prosecuted.
This is a very serious crime. If they had succeeded, I could have been murdered, killed within days of my false imprisonment since the intention is clear to kill
Covid is in many ways just seems to be the 2009 swine flu virus rebranded to help deceive the public into thinking there was a genuinely new emergency, although more work was done on weaponizing the covid virus in the intervening years.

But the virus itself is not the essence of the plot. It is just a means of implementing mass vaccinations and martial law measures, as the Russian journalists said.
The clarity of the evidence against Kushner and Trump is why the prosecutors prosecuted Kusner and Trump.
It is contained in documents which are stable, fixed, irradicable, verifiable and have official stamps all over them and record numbers
There is no grey area in these documents used to try to imprison me from february 2017. Their fake documents are completely illegal, unlawful, figleafs used to justify a crime.
When a criminal prosecution is opened by a court, using the standard procedures, then it is a formal process which must culminate in a trial or an explanation for why there is no trial.
In E 17 449, neither has happened. Unable to deny the evidence, the documents they themselves submitted to the court to activate corrupt mechanisms for a false imprisonment, a proper trial under due process has simply been buried, thwarted, derailed to alow them to escape justice.
There has also been no investigation finding Kushner or Trump innocent or me guilty of defamation. There has been no out of court settlement whereby I withdraw my charges as party demanding compensation from Kushner and Trump.
That means, the investigation is still open.
I am still the victim, technically, legally and in according to the well thumbed precedents of law.
I am still entitled to a trial, to justice, to compensation.
And if my life is under threat, I am entitled to insist on the immediate arrest of Trump and Kushner as long as I can show the linkage between the threat to my life and their actions.
That is precisely what I can do.
There is a recent precedent in the UK in Operation Olympos and the Post Office scandal as mentioned.
I have the right to ask for Kushner and Trump to be arrested.
Yet, all my attempts to get the US law enforcement and military to arrest them have so far failed.
That is why I am applying for asylum in Iran.
As part of my asylum application, I ask Iran to send embassy officials to Larisa to verify that everything I have said is true, to question witnesses and gather evidence as part of their decision making process. Indeed, there is no question that if anyone were to investigate, they would find it is all true. That is why Trump, Kushner, JD Vance and his alter ego, Tucker Carlson, do not want an investigation,debate or discussion.
Right now, I have not one euro, half a block of cheese to live from for two days because all of Larisa has closed down for Easter and I have my sleeping bag. I have no phone credit. Absolute dire need.
For if the Russians found this probe in 2016, Tucker Carlson could have found it back then. He does not want to find it.
But if it is all true, then they are caught in the act of trying this very moment to murder me a reporter.
After all, it is conceivable that I have not received justice but I am still able to work, earn my living like anyone else. But this is not the case with me. I am the target of continuous crimes. But my situation is dire, dire.
Iran can take up my case and demonstrate to the West just how lawless Trump and Kushner and the governments are and how dangerous to their own people.
Publicity and pressure from Iran may bring a result as more and more Americans insist on justice.
The probe can be taken over today by a judge in the USA. The evidence and testimony can be taken over today to start a parallel investigation in the USA into the crimes of two US citizens in Greece to further their covid scheme.
In the intervening years, Kushner and Trump abused their office to carry out their scheme.
Despite the censorship, despite the manipulation of statistics and false claims about the vaccines saving lives based on wildly inaccurate projections, the evidence now that the covid vaccines caused mass harms is crystal clear.
The lockdowns, the mask mandates, the covid vaccines and the massive spike in deaths, heart attacks, cancers, strokes and sicknesses of all kind are plain to people.
Not just academics and scientists reviewing the studies, facts objectively but much of the public now understand that the cause of so many unexpected deaths among their circle of friends and family were caused by the covid jabs.
I believe it will be very popular among Americans and Europeans if Iran takes up this cause and basically defends the ordinary people and soldiers against the Epstein Billionaires.
There is another aspect.
If Trump, Kushner have broken the Constitution and the rule of law in a matter concerning the substantial core interests of the USA and criminal law, as with covid,, then they have no authority.
They are in office illegally. All their orders are a priori, necessarily illegal.
That means the US military can legally refuse all orders.
For it is Kushner and Trump who have brought devastation to the world through their attack on Iran as well as their cruel covid jab scheme.
When JD Vance addressed the media at the end of 21 hours of talks in Pakistan, it was Kushner and Steve Witkoff who stood behind him.
It was inevitable that the talks would fail because they were going to the talks in good faith. They never have been interested in promoting American interests or anyone s interests, not Israel s either,other than their own personal interest.
In fact, the impact of this war on the USA is set to be disastrous.
It is true the USA has oil but at what price? At costs that American businesses can afford?
The real vulnerability of the USA is its gigantic and mushrooming national debt and no means to service the costs of that debt. Just as Trump and Kushner want to add 100 of billions if not trillions more to the US budget to pay for the Iran war, and we presume, the draft, and a new American war machine, people willing to lend the US money are vanishing.
The Gulf States can no longer recycle their petro dollar profits into US assets because the closure of Hormuz has hit their revenue
Importers of oil are buying few dollars because as oil becomes rarer and harder to find, the need to buy dollars also vanishes.
Investors are putting their money in China.
Inflation is already rising in the USA. Interest rates are set to rise.
The job losses will pile up as businesses and factories close due to the higher prices.
The pressure is set to grow on Trump and more and more people in the USA may well support his arrest as per E 17 449 and other probes.
It was Dan Caine who made it possible for Kushner and Trump to escape justice for treason.
Dan Caine has acted to hold his protective hand over Kushner and Trump. That means, he can now be identified as a part of their conspiracy.
His duty is clear.
If it is proven that Trump committed treason against the US military, he must arrest Trump and remove him from office.
A president who is proven to be in office illegally, has no legitimacy. He has no authority. None of his orders have legal power behind him.
To feign and simulate that they do, as Dan Caine is doing, is to participate in a criminal conspiracy by the Epstein circle.
The same is true for JD Vance. For JD Vance continue to act like he is a legitimate vice president when his authority derives soley from a president illegally in office and his son in law, as peace envoy picked by Trump is to engage in circular logic.
The only authority is conferred by the Constitution and the rule of law.
This information may be the weapon that ends the conflict quickly by disarming the minds of the West.

Germany is not a totalitarian bureaucracy but a parliamentary democracy and that means there have to be substantive discussions and informed consent from the citizens. Unfortunately, Germany s top court seems to be ready to rubber stamp the conversion of Germany into a Nazi Germany 2.0 acting in lockstep with the parliament to rubber stamp whatever decrees the Epstein circle want on the draft much as happened under covid when Germany was converted into a totalitarian bureaucracy with Ministers ruling by decree and emergency powers.
In addition, the extent of the German governments preparations to transform the country into a war machine have begun to leak out. Plans are well advanced to convert the dying factories into producers of weapons paying for all this with gigantic amounts of debt. Once a war economy is built, it has to be used for war because to revive he civilian economy in this situation would take years.
In fact, it looks very much like the German government just went into the archives and took out the plans to turn Nazi Germany into a war machine, which was incidentally run by the bankers.
Moreover, from the Epstein Billionaire s point of view the more Germans are killed,the better. The state is bankrupt by the private central bank money fraud. The money has gone into the pockets of the Epstein Billionaires to spend on their vanity projects like depopulation, AI. There is no money left to pay pensions, salaries, for universities and schools and hospitals. There is no money left to sustain an economic cycle.
Indeed, the new war machine laws even include plans to conscript civilians, likely to labour for little or no pay in the military industrial complex, something which is possible under the Lisbon Treaty
During a war, money spent on roads, on hospitals, on education can be cut to the bone using the justification, there is an emergency.
The cost of putting a young American or German in a uniform, handing him or her a weapon, a few belts of ammo, and putting them through a few weeks of basic training in a wooden hut with basic rations and then sending them off to the Iranian front, the Ukrainian or Estonian front, on massive ships or trains to be killed might amount to only 2 or 3 thousand dollars.
Compare that to the costs of that the state has to pay for a young American or German going through school, college, who enjoy some social welfare especially if they get food stamps, SNAPP< sick benefits, college benefits.

No one can say for sure what the impact will be on the Irish economy because something like this has never happened. But the spectrum of possibilities ranges from a sudden, quick collapse of Ireland, the end of the country, as economic activity grinds to a halt, the electricity grid collapses, there is no food to buy, leading to mass starvation and deaths to a more longer drawn out catastrophe where a portion of the population may survive inside the big cities and access enough food from the surrounding farms but who are vulnerable to a foreign take over and even to all Ireland surviving with a general drop of living standards whereby people go back to using horses and donkey s and cart, tiny boats to go fishing, grazing sheep and cows and planting their own vegetables and using peat to heat their homes as they did a century ago.
What is happening to day in Ireland will happen tomorrow in Germany and Europe and the day after in the USA. We are only 41 days into the war which Jared Kushner and Trump started.
All this can be stopped with one simple legal case quickly
The point is the criminal investigation is already there. The case does not have to be built. The substantial crimes of Kushner and Trump against a reporter and the US public and military are proven in relation to the covid virus,lockdown and vaccines.
