The laws governing a military and economic advantage in a conflict are easy to grasp. Yet Trump, Jamie Dimon and the media controlled by them cannot seem to grasp them.
CNN has attempted to address the paradox of Trump blockading Hormuz but failed to do so because CNN also refuses to or cannot understand the basic principles underlying economics, wars, life and simple things like ratios, probabolities and benefit to loss risks.

President Donald Trump is threatening to close off the Strait of Hormuz — a crucial waterway that he has repeatedly told Iran must be reopened unconditionally.
“Effective immediately, the United States Navy, the Finest in the World, will begin the process of BLOCKADING any and all Ships trying to enter, or leave, the Strait of Hormuz,” Trump posted on Truth Social Sunday morning. “At some point, we will reach an ‘ALL BEING ALLOWED TO GO IN, ALL BEING ALLOWED TO GO OUT’ basis, but Iran has not allowed that to happen.”
Iran’s decision to close the strait to oil tanker traffic has caused severe economic damage to some countries that rely on Middle Eastern crude, and it has led prices to surge around the world — including the United States.
So why would Trump want to blockade the strait that he wants reopened? Why when the UK and Australia and his allies refuse to join him? When Orban has lost the elections? When Russia and China are standing beside Iran?

Why in the name of stopping Iran profiting from the closure,would Trump push up the price of oiland allow Iran and Russia make a fortune? Rake in far more from oil sales than from tanker fees?
The answer is very troubling.
The closure of Hormuz has been correctly identified as the means Iran has of causing global economic disaster. For very little effort, in military and economic terms, it can take down ultimately the USA as well as the Gulf States, Germany, Europe, UK, Japan, wipe their economies out.
Oil prices could go from around 100 to 150 just because of Trump s blockade. If they do not go higher it will be because no one has the money to pay for more. That means inflation, higher interest rates, debt collapse, stock market collapse, US dollar collapse, economic collapse.....

The cost to Iran may be 100 billion in total in terms of thousands of drones, missiles, speed boats. But it is backed up by Russia, China and now has higher oil prices. So that 100 billionis also just a fraction of its total revenue. Yet, for that sum, which is affordable to Iran it can destroy the entire US led hegemony just by holding out for a few months and not let oil flow.
But the cost to the USA, West is 100s of trillions. Everything.
It is not complicated to figure out what the ratio of benefit to loss is in this case.
A few maths calculations are enough to show that Iran has a massive advantage.
The ratios and probabilities in the military sphere are even worse.
If you do something which has just a 1 % chance of happening but if that 1% does happen, it has a 100% chance of destroying you, totally, that 1% chance is not worth taking.
If a US navy aircraft carrier can be destroyed by 1 Iranian drone or missile in a bombardment of a hundred missiles, it is not worth sending the carrier into action.
The 1% ratio can actually worse than if something has a 75% chance of happening but just a 25% chance of destroying you totally if it does happen.
For example, if Irans weapons only superificially damaged a warship, then a US warship could risk lots of fire.
But when one cruise missile or drone can make it inoperable, sitting duck, force it to be abandoned, its planes useless, then that 1 missile is a threat.
Indeed, nowadays, calculating probablities is more difficult because there are new weapons and the new information environment has upended the world and the way people think.
Neverthless, the point I am making is that none of this kind of calculation seems to be going on about benefit, loss, probability, ratios in the Epstein controlled White House, Pentagon, Wall St or media.
The only calculation seems to be can we make a big enough noise, bluff enough. That does not work when everyone knows you are bluffing.
So, why Trump has joined a blockade which helps Iran destroys him, the US, West, Japan for relativel or no gain. Whatever Iran may lose in terms of tanker revenue,a trifling 2 million on the 100 tankers which have passed so far, it will gain a thousand, million times over by wiping out the West, not to mention from the higher oil prices?
Sorry, but we have to go back to the low IQs in the WH, in the American media.
That level of stupidity is very troubling. It is not natural, It is unnatural but then so is the evil of the Epstein Billionaires.
Trump is not alone in his folly.
He is doing ths on the urging of Jamie Dimon, WSJ, Zerohedge, and, it seems, JD Vance and Kushner.
We cannot get around the low IQs in the WH, in the American media and the pyschological, metnal factors.
Trump, Kushner, JD Vance do not see the truth because they do not want to. They prefer the lie,the fantasy to the reality.
And a censored media reinforces the loopm the fantasy world, and that includes Tucker Carlson whose weak, pathetic analysis and citicism are hailed as a light in the dakrness, which they are but only because he has helped destroy the rest of the free media by letting the Epstein Billionaires kill and threaten reporters with impunity so he can hog the stage., rake in the money.
Unfortunately, the sames goes for Charlie Kirk, Candace Owens, Megyn Kelly and an entire generation of media who have allowed the propaganda to spread and spread until it endangers their lives too as soon as they say Mucks.
When Trump, JD Vance failed to get something the US needed on Saturday, and never intended to as we know from the way Kushner was sent, namely peace to get the oil flowing, and then announced a blockade of the oil they need, they handed Iran the ultimate victory as it can now not just close Hormuz but blame Trump for the soaring oil, gas prices, empty food stores, starvation.
The pressure will grow on them as their own public revolt and as the proessure grows they will end up in prison due to E 17 449 and D 15 218
Because the benefits of putting these people in prison for the cost just two crimial cases, costing me circa half a millon euros, are 100% benefit for humanity and a cost of 0.00001%
The laws of nature and society always favours the most economical move over time.
JD Vance displayed a level of stupidity which has to mke us wonder about his alter ego Tucker Carlson as he sabotaged the peace talks he needs to avoid going to prison with Trump and Kushner as he crashes the US economy for the Epstein Billionaires and infuriates Republican voters..
