Dear US military commanders,
In this chaotic hour, when Donald Trump s behaviour is becoming increasingly volatile, I draw your attention once more that you swore an oath to obey the Constitution and lawful orders.
When criminal probes in Greece show that Trump and his key Iran war advisor, Jared Kushner, committed treason during covid and knowingly gave US troops toxic mRNA covid jabs for their personal enrichment, then the situation may be new, unprecedented but there is no dilemna presented to US military officers.
The only way to stop Trump s Iran war is not to deem this or that order illegal but to deem Trump himself illegal, that is to say, as occupying office ilegally.
The choice presented to officers is no longer whether to disobey orders or help commit war crimes.
The choice is whether remove a ordinary sense, treasonous criminal from office using criminal laws which apply to every other civilian in the USA or allow him to remain in office and enjoy impunity, be above the law which applies to everyone else, just because he is a bully and is bullying everyone who tries to hold him to account.
Trump does not enjoy presidential immunity for private and unofficial acts as per a recent Supreme Court decision.
Clearly, crimes against a science reporter documented in Greek criminal probe E 17 449 and spin offs from 2017 as attached designed to carry out covid as a criminal scheme and cover up the harms of those crimes, especially of the covid jabs to the military, are a private and unofficial act for which Trump does not enjoy immunity.
Trump cannot, by definition, be in office lawfully if he has committed and is continuing to commit treason on this scale against the American military and public. Any orders he gives must be, a priori, illegal.
Officers in the chain of command do not need to find legal advice.
They just need to go to a civilian judge, show the criminal probe evidence and apply for arrest warrants for Trump.
This allows for speed.
Trump set a Tuesday 8pm Washington time deadline for the Iranian government to open the strait of Hormuz or face “Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one”.
“There will be nothing like it!!! Open the Fuckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell.”
But what about the reprisals to be expected from Iran? The US is running very low in key missile stocks? What about the economic impact of the closure of the Strait of Hormuz on the US economy? What if he even uses nuclear weapons?
According to AI, "a U.S. judge cannot directly "take over" an existing criminal investigation being conducted by Greek authorities on Greek soil, as Greece is a sovereign nation with territorial jurisdiction over crimes committed there.

Moreover, the same imminent threat of sickness and death could be applied to covid jab victims who are not getting relief, cures for the covid jabs as Trump seeks to bury the evidence they were toxic and the witnesses to the fact it was, and is, a scheme.
To sum up.
Imminent Threat/Prevention:
If a U.S. citizen like Trump and Kushner in the USA are threatening to commit murder in a foreign country using hired killers and against a reporter, then the immediate action is for US police to act on the "red-handed" crime (if happening) or for a US judge to issue arrest warrants.
Dual Criminality: For the U.S. to act, the action committed in Greece usually needs to be a crime under both Greek and U.S. laws. It is.
A judge can initiate a prosecution using the same evidence, documents, testimonies in E 17 449 and start a new investigation into covid as a criminal scheme.
U.S. justice officials can parallel-process, intervene, or obtain jurisdiction in other ways because Trump and Kushner are resident in the USA and the crime violate state or federal law.
It helps very much that Trump is now so unpopular. His removal will likely be cheered by most Americans. This is important for reasons of political stability. There is little to no risk of a civil war although Trump seems to have a few paramilitary elements in ICE who may cause trouble.
But with a clear communications plan, detailing the covid crimes of Trump and Kusner against a reporter and the USA, the US public will coalesce in demanding justice for the pair and their co conspirators. Covid is not a left or right wing matter. It was a totalitarian power grab which affected everyone.
Perhaps a softer approach could be to persuade Trump to go to Walter Reed as part of a stick and carrot approach.
Trump does seem to be having health problems. He also seems to be having a nervous breakdown. He has been called volatile, desperate, insane, mad and in a frame of mind that might be capable of pressing the nuclear button.
Not a few think that Trump is insane
I also believe his disastrous Iran war is just a continuation of an insane covid virus and jab mass poisoning and power grab plan with the dangerous fuel of fear of arrest, impeachment added into the combustible mental, emotional and intellectual mix.
A gentle and kindly but firm insistence he goes to Walter Reed to get a check up can be accompanied by showing him an arrest warrant if he does not go.
Without the arrest warrant, it is very unlikely Trump will go of his free will to Walter Reed and stay there.
His visit to Walter Reed could be temporary at first and extended as required to sort out how much of Trump mental quagmire is a pyschological mess and how much a criminal.
Options for a plea deal could be explored to allow Trump and Kushner, as well as their co conspirators in the Iran war profit scam like Pete Hegseth a way out.
For Hegseth himself is now reported to have been seeking to profit from the Iran war by buying up defence stocks.
Once a broad, overarching conspiracy is identified,then it means Hegseth can be identified as co conspirator and arrested with Trump
Once Trump is either in prison or in Walter Reed, then JD Vance as Vice President would take over and end the war immediately and try and get the best deal possible.
As President, Trump has sole authority to order a nuclear launch after security conference call of the National Military Command Center, which would typically involve top officials such as the defence secretary, the armed forces commander, but it would depend who was available at short notice.
A military aide who is always close to the president would open the “nuclear football”, a briefcase containing nuclear strike options as well as the codes to confirm his presidential authority.
But Trump has no authority to order any nuclear strike if he is in office a priori illegally.
Once Trump is either in prison or in Walter Reed, then JD Vance as Vice President would take over and end the war immediately and try and get the best deal possible.
I suspect if JD Vances manages to be just half way sane and reasonable, Iran, Russia and China will all be so relieved that they may be willing to give better terms, for example, not wiping out Israel or not insisting on the death penalty for Trump, Kushner or whatever else better terms might be in April 2026 given the scale of the economic and military disaster caused by Trump s and Kushner s attack on Iran, including civilian infrastructure.
