The central issue is whether Bill Gates had prior knowledge of substantial scientific warnings that the covid vaccines belonged to a special class of vaccines which were designed to cause mass sickness and death, and so are indeed, legally and functionally indsistinguishable from bioweapons, deliberately sought to suppress this information disclosure, and subsequently participated in misleading the Dutch public about pandemic vaccines.
The Greek criminal probe D 15 218 begins with my 2014 warnings and the Gates Foundation's contemporaneous Tampa Bay Times/PunditFact commentary on my warnings, in which a paragraph from by blog is cited verbatim, and so help establish what Gates personally knew, as part of the documentation of the crimes against the reporter, myself, in April 2015, with clear evidence the crimes were intended to prevent those warnings about the special class of pandemic vaccines given under emergency use authorization, to which covid, ebola, swine flu, bird flu belong, were designed to cause mass sickness and death, from reaching the UK parliament, MPs and the public.
I am a civil party to the probes and a person asserting my legal rights against Gates creating a significant connecting thread between 2015 and today.
The Greek investigative file D 15 218, including the reporter's civil-party status, original police records, witness testimony and evidence of subsequent interference, provide an important historical evidentiary trail through which we can examined Gates criminal conduct over a period of more than ten years leading up to the covid vaccine campaign, during the covid vaccine campaign and after the covid vaccine campaign.
That evidence can be compared with Gates's subsequent public covid vaccine representations to see if he was saying something contrary to what he knew to be true.
When we lay side by side the crimes of Gates to suppress a reporter for warning the covid vaccines were designed to cause mass sickness and death and his public statements along with Albert Boura, it establishes
Gates and Bourla s knowledge and intent.
At that very same time, they were making statements about the covid vaccines being safe and effective and deriding critics as crazy and evil conspiracy theorists who were endangering the lives of others and deserved prison (Albert Bourla), they were using crimes to suppress a reporter and prevent the evidence the vaccines are bioweapon from being scrutinized.
Possessing private and internal knowledge of contrary evidence , Gates and Bourla did not seek to answer the claims with an open discussion, debate, science, facts and evidence.
They chose to answer my claims about the dangers of the covid vaccines with violence, crimes, cruelty, economic coercison, triggering the criminal probe D 15 218 in order to conceal the warnings and stop them getting out to the public.
UNLAWFUL ACTIONS
THE USE OF AN INJECTION TO CAUSE MASS SICKNESS AND DEATH
Their knowledge that the covid vaccines were designed to cause sickness and death and their intent to deceive the public and a particular class of plaintiffs is established
The original police records, including the Gates Foundation commentary in a newspaper of my paragraph, witness testimony and the reporter's civil-party documentation establish that these allegations are substantiated and that Gates personally directed or facilitated the reprisals.
The evidence establishes beyond all reasonable doubt that Gates knew the reporter was attempting to expose material scientific risks, deliberately participated in preventing that information from reaching the public, and subsequently used his extraordinary financial, institutional and media influence to promote covid vaccine representations while concealing material contrary information
The combined chronology support a serious inference of intentional deception of the public about the risks of the covid vaccines rather than innocent scientific disagreement.
Two central claims of mine about the pandemic vaccines from 2009 have been substantiated
They are that pandemic vaccines can potentially be contaminated with the Simian Virus virus.
And in 2023, Kevin McKernan and other researches found evidence Pfizer s mRNA covid vaccine was contaminated with the Simian virus, sparking the Florida Surgeon General to call for its removal.
In 2009, I, together with others, specifically Dr Rebecca Carley, also warned of a method designed to cause autoimmune diseases and cytokine storms citing a WHO memo from 1972.
And numerous studies show the covid vaccines cause cytokine storms.
Indeed, Anthony Fauci in January 2021 recorded the evidence that the covid vaccines were causing cytokine storms in private messages while promoting the vaccine as safe and effective.
ATTRIBUTION
THE RESPONSIBILITY OF GATES FOR THE CRIMES AGAINST A REPORTE RBEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE COVID VACCINE CAMPAIGN WHICH GATES PLAYED AN OUTSIZED ROLE IN
Bill Gates's role in the Greek prosecutor probes caught personally attacking and suppressing a reporter and in the covid pandemic warrants particular scrutiny because his influence extended far beyond that of an ordinary private donor.
Through substantial financial support for the WHO, Gavi and other global-health initiatives, involvement in vaccine development and distribution programmes, and repeated television appearances and public interventions, Gates occupied an unusually influential position in shaping the institutions, priorities and public messaging surrounding the pandemic.
His Foundation publicly documented substantial covid funding for WHO, vaccine development and Gavi's COVAX programme.
Gates personally defended the WHO's pandemic role and advocated particular approaches to vaccine development and distribution.
Gates's role should consider whether he used his extraordinary personal wealth, philanthropic funding, institutional relationships and public credibility to influence the covid vaccination campaign and persuade the public to accept particular vaccines. The Gates Foundation committed more than $2 billion to the covid response, supported WHO activities, funded vaccine development through CEPI and contributed more than $200 million to Gavi's COVAX programme; Gates was also a prominent public advocate of vaccination and global vaccine distribution.
This combination of financial influence, institutional access and personal media visibility raises an important investigative question: whether Gates merely supported a public-health strategy or personally participated in promoting materially misleading representations about vaccine safety, efficacy and risks, while failing to disclose information he knew to be relevant.
When we examine chronology of the probe D 15 218 and its corruption to remove the evidence against Gates and the chronology of the covid vaccine funding agreements, communications, public statements, relationships with Pfizer and covid vaccine devvelopers and manufacturers and regulatory bodies, we can establish that Gates had scientific evidence available when the representations that covid vaccines were safe and effective were made by him that there was contrary evidence, that he was suppressing that contrary evidence and that he knew he was misleading people deliberately and converting his wealth, his philanthropic authority and public credibility into instruments for influencing covid vaccine decisions without adequate transparency, knowingly engaging in deception, had personal knowledge of the warnings about vaccines like covid, and nevertheless, engaged in unlawful representation and organized and directed and participated in a vast campaign of deliberate deception about the covid vaccines, which extended into the media and even alt media and was joined by individuals in the Dutch government and authorities, all of which the Dutch public reasonably relied on to be truthful and factual.
