Belgian experts have confirmed that the illegal cargo identified as the 4th wagon of  a freight train in a video from a supermarket  must have carried at least 3.5 tones of flammable liquids, likely xylene, to cause the fireball seen at the collision with a passenger train in the valley of Tempe, which was 80 meters tall and lasted 8 seconds.

The liquid was transported in a secret tank measuring 1 by 2.5 meters. The fact that Mitsotakis and his government knew flammable liquid was involved from the very beginning is shown by the lengths they went to asphalt the collision site and delay the autopsies.

In the course of the investigaiton, 100s of pieces of evidence also in the form of videos must have captured the presence of a secret container on the train.

Yet, Mitsotakis declared categorically there was no extra, secret or illegal cargo involved and no explosive material.

Forced to admit to its presence, he tried lamely to blame Hellenic Trains and the fire brigade for hiding the information from him when it must have been in the prosecutors file very early on.

The question now is whether the flammable liquid was the same 25,000 litres purchased 13 days before the crash and whether it was purchased by Mitsotakis or his office or someone linked to him.

The fresh revelations have sparked new calls for Mitsotakis to resign.

He is clinging onto power with a cabinet reshuffle, likley because he knowe he will be in prison very shortly after he loses power for his role in the Tempe collision killing 57 and covid jab crimes, which have caused a demographic collapse in Greece.

The same prosecutors who hid the evidence of Mitsotakis crimes in Tempe have also been caught hiding the evidence collected against Gates, Soros, Tsipras and Faymann in 2015, which should have led to their trials and imprisonment. The case is still open. The corruption is still underway meaning the legal basis is there for issuing arrest warrants for first degree premediated murder attempt against Mitsotakis, Soros, Gates and cronies, among other charges.

Experts from Ghent University in Belgium investigating the 2023 Tempe railway disaster, in which a passenger train collided with a freight train, killing 57 people, believe an undeclared cargo of flammable substances exacerbated the tragedy, Real News reported Sunday.

According to the report, Belgian investigators, who examined samples from the crash site and the wreckage, concluded that the first wagon of the freight train carried at least 3.5 tons of flammable liquids.

Initial estimates indicate these substances were volatile hydrocarbons, most likely xylene and toluene, commonly used in fuel adulteration. The liquids were transported in an undeclared tank measuring 1 by 2.5 meters.

Explosions following the collision lasted about eight seconds, producing a fireball that reached 80 meters in height. The duration of the ignition and the fireball’s size confirm the presence of hazardous chemicals, investigators said.

The Hellenic Aviation and Railway Safety Investigation Agency (HARSIA) assigned Ghent University to conduct the probe. A report by the agency on the Tempe crash, the deadliest in Greece’s rail history, is expected on February 27.

The impact of  Trump s tariffs on German car makers who use Mexico and also Canada as low cost production locations for their exposts into the USA could add between 3000 and 6000 dollars to the price tag of their cars, making American models more attractive to US consumers.

Mexico and Canada s economy are  heavily dependent on exports to the USA. 

The USA export far less from Mexico and Canada than it imports, creating large trade deficits.

80% of Mexico s exports go to the USA, making it especially vulnerable to tariffs.

The imposition of tariffs could mean thousands of businesses close, and millions of jobs are lost, inflation,  a recession and a devaluation of the Peso and Canadian dollar (which, in turn, could help exports).

Particularly hard hit will be German car makers like Volkswagen, BMW and Audi.

Pitching a monumental and potentially controversial proposal to his Republican allies, President Donald Trump is seemingly floating the idea of scrapping federal income taxes altogether.

"We had no income tax. The income tax came in…1913. As I said in my speech last week, instead of taxing our citizens to enrich foreign nations, we should be tariffing and taxing foreign nations to enrich our citizens," Trump said during his conference address in Doral, Florida, on Monday.

"It's time for the United States to return to the system that made us richer and more powerful than ever before," he added. "You know, the United States in 1870 to 1913, all tariffs. And that was the richest period in the history of the United States, relatively speaking."

The first federal income tax was passed on Feb. 25, 1913, as part of the 16th Amendment. This gave Congress constitutional authority to levy taxes on corporate and individual income, according to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

U.S. Treasury data indicates that $4.92 trillion was collected in federal income taxes for the 2023 filing year. But as Trump plans to create a new "External Revenue Service" that would be tasked with collecting revenue from tariffs, economists and market experts seem mixed, with some pushing back and noting that U.S. importers bear the brunt of the cost of tariffs rather than firms overseas.

57% of Americans now want to be able to sue pharma for vaccine injuries, says new poll

More than half of Americans believe they should be able to sue vaccine makers for injuries and adverse side effects, according to new polling.

Fifty-seven percent of respondents believed vaccine makers should be stripped of their legal immunity from prosecution. At present, vaccine manufacturers are immune to legal claims for harm caused by their products.

Thirty-six percent of respondents said they don’t trust the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Forty-one percent said the government mishandled the COVID-19 pandemic.

Less than half of respondents supported government vaccine mandates, with 55% of 45-64 year olds opposing them.

The polling was commissioned by Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and took a representative sample of just over 1,000 US adults.

“This data highlights a significant loss of trust in our regulatory agencies,” said CHD CEO Mary Holland.

 “Allowing this distrust to persist will further undermine the public’s confidence in our healthcare organizations.”

Holland continued: “We must emphasize that if the government wishes to regain credibility, it must recognize the realities of vaccines. Until that happens, Americans are less likely to heed their guidance, and the remaining public faith in these institutions will ultimately vanish.”

Respondents were asked five questions: Do Americans trust government health agencies like the CDC and FDA? Should the government be able to mandate vaccines? What about experimental vaccines that haven’t been subjected to standard safety testing—should the government be able to mandate those? Should anyone harmed by a vaccine be able to sue the manufacturer, as is the case for almost all other products and services? Looking back on it, how would you rate the government’s overall handling of COVID-19?

It turns out agents in terror groups ran riot in Northern Ireland during the Troubles, building bombs, procuring guns, plotting murders and even shooting people. All the while, they were on the British state’s payroll, feeding everything back to their handlers in the Army and police.

The FRU and Special Branch had agents on both sides: in the IRA as it waged a violent campaign to unite Ireland, as well as among mostly Protestant loyalist paramilitaries, which wanted to keep Northern Ireland part of the United Kingdom.

Former FRU soldiers tell me they worked in a “moral quagmire”. Ultimately, they say, their intelligence curtailed the IRA. But families bereaved by spies are still trying to find out why that intelligence wasn’t used to save their loved ones.

The FRU was a covert unit of the British Army that operated in secret. Formed in 1979 by former head of MI6 Maurice Oldfield, its goal was to turn paramilitary fighters into spies.

In 1987, Brigadier Gordon Kerr took over the FRU, after a stint working in intelligence on the frontlines of the Cold War in Germany, and ushered in a new era.

“The unwritten guidance given by Kerr is that the gloves are off,” says former FRU soldier Ian Hurst, who leaked the identity of the agent Stakeknife to the press. “He was a good boss but I think he had a blind side.”

Another former FRU soldier, who uses the pseudonym Rob Lewis, says the unit was maverick. “If you could save somebody’s life and if you could defeat a terrorist act, then they were quite happy for you to do anything you wanted,” he says. “Gordon Kerr was a bit controversial, but he was a brilliant guy and I would still back him even now.”

The most prolific known FRU agent wasn’t in fact Stakeknife, but the UDA’s head of intelligence Brian Nelson, known as Agent 6137. A military veteran from Belfast who spied on the upper echelons of the UDA, Nelson is alleged to have been involved in 29 murders.

“It really is in the public interest for people to understand that this wasn’t just the IRA Nutting Squad,” says Lord Stevens. “I’m absolutely amazed that there’s been no kind of connection between Stakeknife, the FRU and Nelson.”

Lord Stevens unravelled the FRU’s connection to scores of murders in the longest criminal investigation in UK history, the Stevens Inquiry, which began in 1989 and resulted in more than 100 convictions, including Nelson’s (he was jailed for 10 years on five counts of conspiracy to murder).

“He was a drunkard and he was a psychopath,” says Lord Stevens. “And he wasn’t to be trusted.”

Official accounts say the FRU recruited Nelson in 1984, a decade after he had tortured and nearly killed Gerald Higgins, a partially-sighted amateur singer and father of five. After being recruited, Nelson briefly left the UDA and moved to Germany. “MI5 didn’t want Nelson back in Northern Ireland,” says Lord Stevens. But the FRU travelled to Germany to pull their prize asset back into action.

Together, Nelson and the FRU wanted to make the UDA “more professional” by directing their gunmen towards IRA members, rather than Catholic civilians. From leaks in the police and Army, Nelson got hold of intelligence about suspected IRA members, including names, addresses and cars that they drove. He passed these details to UDA gunmen, who led the subsequent assassinations. Nelson’s handlers knew all about this targeting – and they even helped him by telling him what information was accurate.

“The Army was helping these intelligence packets to be handed to the psychopaths and the murderers, who then went out on the basis that they were killing the right people,” says Lord Stevens. “Of course, we know they didn’t kill the ‘right’ people. There are a number of people who are totally innocent. I don’t believe any of them deserved to die.”
