RECESSION ALERT! Households with 250 K drove half of all consumer spending in the US Many of them may be government official decimated by DOGE firings, paving the way for a catastrophic recesssion

 Househlds with an annucal income of at least 250 K may well include many government officials, who have enjoyed a disportionately high salaries and benefits, making Loudoun County,  suburb of Washington DC, the richest in America.

Twoo adults working in relatively high positions in the sprawling federal bureacuracy in DC can together earn 250 K quite easily.

The cuts also affect Federal contractors. The spill on effects on consumer spending could be catastrophic and significantly reduce consumer spending.

The DOGE cuts of thousands of these highly paid Fed officials could mean that Trump and his Thiel mafia know a catastrophic fall in consumer spending is coming as the number of households with an income over 250 K dramatically shrinks.

To offset this recessionary effect, Trump would need to give roughly the same amount back to people as tax cuts or by cuting interst rates on credit cards, for example, or other stimulus measures.

But there is no sign of any such stimulus in the works.

If the US consumer spending falls by say 10 to 25 % in the next few months, then it may have a catastrophic effect on the demand for products also US products and plunge the US into a dire recession.

The fall in demand for products is likely to be accelerated by tariffs which make imports more expensive for Americans.

When Americans have to buy more expensive American products, then they will buy fewer products resulting in drop in demand.

The result of all this could be a dramatic fall in tax revenues accompanied by a rapid rise in government costs, for unemployment, social security and interest rates for government debt s well as for the miltiary expenditure.

The leaked Signal messages show a decision has already been quasi made to attack Iran.

Trump may be planning to introduce conscription.

However, the Thiel mafia have underestimated the scale of the public awakening after the covid jab scandal and they may well find the American public taking their weapons to overthrow the WEF tyranny which has installed itself in DC with a campaign of false promises.
