Trump is 78 years old.
He is in a very poweful position. A lot of people want his attention and to sway him this way and thatfor their personal advantage, control his diary, the info he gets, his decisions for their personal enrichment.
They may not care if at the end of his four years Trump is out of office and in prison and or assassinated.
Trump needs to remove the opportunists, the sychophants in his staff and replace them with people with principles, with intelligence, with creativity, dynamism who want MAGA to succeed and who line everything up so that he gets the results his voters want in the time frame they want.
He needs to reorganize his staff, his work flow, his info sources to bring a new way of thinking into the Oval Office.
He needs to clear out his diary and start over.
He needs to issue an order and get a result like RFK Jr.

He has to set five to ten priorities which are the priorities of his voters.
He can write them in big letters on a paster opposite his desk.
Everything he does, reads and discusses must be related to achieving those five to ten prirorities every single day and hour.
Everything not related to these priorities must be excluded with a few exceptions.
He seems to need his golf breaks, for example, and should be allowed to follow his biorhythms.
There has to be a tight timeline.
There have to be progress reports. Problems have to be identified and solved.
Results have to be achieved and seen to be achieved before the US and global media.
Trump has to be seen as a leader, getting things done, making calls, making deals, getting signatures and quickly.
The midterms are only one and a half years away.

He needs staff who present him his various policy options ion one page and who can answer any questions he has at top speed so he is fully briefed and up to date.

If Trump gets all that done, and there is no reason why he cannot with a good staff, he will be re elected by a massive majority
Right now, he is heading for a disaster because he does not a staff who supports his objectives as we all saw from the trickery of Marco Rubio and Tim Walz who sabotaged the peace deal with Russia by excluding them from the talks and presenting them with an ultimatum for a ceasefire to allow Zelensky to rearm.
