As the US, Russia and China consier working together on space projects, they may be looking for a new place to base international space research and exploration.
Why not Alexandria in Egypt, an city named after Alexander the Great, known for its library and fantastic architect throughout the ancient world?
Why not ask Elon Musk to lead an international space centre there?

In as far as ithe printed billions will stimulate mostly the Egyptian economy, it will not cause inflation in the USA.
Money spent on this project can stimulate new space research projects in the USA and new branches of industry to help turn the USA into a manufacturing centre again of advanced products.
If the US, Russia and China work together, they can use technology for peaceful progress.
A dangerous era which has seen technology be used by countries for mass annihilation will come to an end.
Nuclear technology and space technology need to be channelled into peaceful projects.
Alexandria could be the capital of a new space industry and joint venture.
Egypt would get billions from the project and so be persuaded to accept a new Gaza.
