Precisely that can be demonstrated for Kushner by the probe E 17 449 as I will show. That means Kushner, as well as Donald Trump,also named in E 17 449, can be prosecuted or treason among other crimes and removed from office immediately.
Given they have committed treason, any commands of Kushner and Trump to the US military in relation to Iran are a prior null and void and can and should be disregarded because the Billionaires are once more putting personal interest above the national interest as I discuss
I will explain why he is named in the screenshot of a key portion of a testimony against him with his name in Greek and English along with Donald Trump as you can see, below.
The main point is Kushner is the accused in a probe and this is a part of a five page testimony on Kushner s crimes in two parts on November 23rd November 2017 and 30th November 2017.
In a nutshell, the crime Kushner is accused of is an attempt to imprison a reporter, myself, in 2017 in Greece without due process and a trial precisely in order to hide his role in a broad scheme by Billionaires to use diseases like covid to institute draconian martial law and other medical measures, including coercive mandates with defective jabs, years before covid happened, as I will show from the evidence which is a part of the probe.

This official 5 page testimony with the accompanying evidence allows for the arrest of Kushner today.
To emphasize, the criminal probe E 17 449 opened against Jared Kushner in Greece, in 2017 proves that Kushner took over the task of Covi Czar in 2020 to gain access to the immense wealth and resources of the US government in order to steer tens of billions towards his own "broad Epstein Billionaire" network, while

In advancing his business interests, Kushner fully exploited, and continues to exploit, the benefits of being the son in law of Trump.
A property developer, and owner of the flagship sky scraper 666 on Fifth Avenue, New York, Kushner has little or no qualifications to act as covid czar or as peace envoy to Iran.
His ambiguous position as a private person who is, nevertheless, has enormous power over the decisions of the Trump administration, whether in relation to covid or Iran, allows him to reap the benefits of acting without oversight or qualifications while controlling vast government resources.
The state criminal probe in Greece, with the file number E 17 449, is devastating not just for Kushner and Donald Trump, also named, but for the entire circle of Epstein billionaires. For the probe proves covid was a conspiracy, a design, premeditated, crafted, planned and prepared for years in advance.

Excess death figures suggest, at least, as many people died from the covid jabs.
Covid cost the USA trillions of dollars.
The total cost of the COVID-19 pandemic, including economic losses and public health impacts, was estimated at approximately $16 trillion.
Covid also caused a crisis of trust in institutions.
The release of the Epstein files has contributed to the feeling that the US goverrnment has been hijacked by private businessmen. Billionaires and foreign govenments have installed networks of corruption and fraud in the highest office to carry out their schemes and give them impunity.
But we can just remain with feelings of sadness when we, who claim to be citizens of countries under the rule of law, find out about these crimes.
We cannot just throw up our hands in the air and resign ourselves to injustice, to mass murder on a vast scale, to corruption and to coups over our governments.
We have an obligation to take action to stop these Billionaires and get justice and compensation for their victims.
We have an obligation to make sure similar crimes are never repeated. That requires that there are prosecutions, trials and prison sentences.
When Appeals prosecutors and other prosecutors open probes against Kushner for massive crimes, for treason, they have to be used for the purpose they were designed to be used for.

Five years on from covid, it is widely known that covid was a criminal scheme. Reports have been presented by Senator Roger Marshall and Ron Johnson on the origins of covid in US bioweapons labs and on the covid vaccine harms.

Yet, no one has gone to prison or been punished. This has contributed to a crisis in trust, a sense that the US government ino longer serves the people but the Epstein Billionaires like Kushner.
There is a loss of confidence in the justice system.
When Appeals prosecutors charge him with serious crimes in Greece to advance criminal schemes in the USA, he must stand trial in the USA for those crimes if only to prevent him from committing more crimes. There can not be a two tier justice system, one for the Billionaires, and one for the ordinary people.
To clarify, in 2017, that is to say, three years before covid happened, three years before Kushner capitulated himself to the head of Trump s covid response and took charge of allocating covid contracts worth tens if not 100s of billions of dollars, under the pretext an emergency had occurred, a natural disaster was underway, that same Jared Kushner was accused of is trying to imprison a science reporter, myself, without a trial or due process, precisely for exposing his role in planning and preparing to use diseases like covid together with Bill Gates, George Soros, for their profit.
Premeditation is proven. Moreover, the crime is ongoing as I will show.
When Kushner supported the plan to give the military covid jabs which he knew to be toxic using coercive mandates, he committed treason.
Obviously, a person who has caused massive damage to the US miltary personnel deliberately and knowingly cannot be allowed to determine which wars that same US military fights.
The plan to put ground troops into Iran looks very much like another money spinner for Kushner and his private network of business associates and Billionaires. The war is said to be costing one billion dollars a day. Pete Hegseth has asked for another 200 billion for the war on top of the 1.5 trillion already allocated to the Pentagon. These are gigantic sums.
The criminal probe E 17 449 opened against Kushner in 2017 makes it crystal clear.
Policy decisions are made not to serve the US national interests. They are made to serve Kushner s private interests and the interests of his private network, and with a total disregard for the interests of America, its people or military.
That is why is not far fetched or cynical to claim that Kushner and his network of private business associates may have positioned themselves well in advance to capture plum contracts and increase their wealth significantly
The way Kushner was ready to mass poison the American military with covid jabs solely for his profit shows he does not care if there are mass casualties in Iran. The lives of American troops have no value for him. If there is profit to be made in sending tens or even hundreds of thousands of American soldiers to their death in Iran in the form of extra sales of caskets, certain types of insurance, or more access to oil, gas or other Middle East resources, the probe E 17 449 shows Kushner would have no hesitation to wipe out the entire US army and even public.
When the lack of trust is shared by the military, when the military see the Iran war as Kushner s war which they are to fight for his personal enrichment, then it could lead to an explosive situation during the war with Iran.
Obviously, someone like Kushner, who is able with cold and chilling calculation to knowingly give even babies, even children and pregnant women in America jabs he knew to be toxic, someone like Kushner who is able with malice and lies, to coerce the US military to take covid jabs knowing they are toxic, cannot be entrusted with any decision on whether that same military goes to war with a particular country like Iran
Jared Kushner is also engaged in billions of deals with Saudi Arabia and the Middle East at the same time as he has taken outsized influence on the decision to attack Iran.
The decision to attack Iran also seems to have been made with a total disregard for Amrican core interests as well as Israel s core interests.
When Jared Kushner, who de facto prepared the way for the coercive covid jab mandates for the military despite knowing the jabs were toxic, then goes on, in 2026, to order them to fight a ground war in Iran, and to carry out missions which may lead to huge casualties, the military may decide to revolt or launch a coup.
The military swear an oath is to protect the Constitution. They vow to fight to protect US interests, not the profits of Billionaires like Kushner and Witkoff.
If the rank and file soldiers can see , that the people who exposed the plan are censored, persecuted and subjected to an ongoing de facto murder attempt by the Kushner circle in 2026, then the military may see the US as, a de facto, an occupied country.
Occupied by an army of private Billionaires who have built networks of fraud and corruption in government to weaponize it against the public.
The probe E 17 449 sheds vital light on Kushner s motives and attitudes. They show he puts his personal interests before American national interests, yes, is ready to destroy America and the military for his profit.
Kushner had outsized influence on the US response to covid handling tens of billions of dollars of government contracts for covid.
In the same way, Kushner also has had outsized influence on the decision by Doanld Trump to attack Iran.
The covid crisis was used by Kushner to justify implementing martial law measures.
Covid saw an unprecedented restriction of rights in the USA. There were lockdowns, coercive vaccine mandates, censorship.
There are signs Kushner, and Trump, are seeking to escalate and exploit the Iran crisis they escalated to make a power grab over the US government, interfere with the mid term elections, also by the SAVE Act which allows for the White House to centralize all voting data and so manipulate it, to introduce martial law measures, the draft and censorship.
In my conclusion, I argue the arrest of Kushner today is a vital national, security matter for the USA. It can be done using these probes and it must be done.
The arrest of Kushner for his crimes in E 17 449 may kill two birds with one stone and end the Iran war.
He is guilty of treason for his role in the covid jab crisis.
It will remove him permanently from the centers of government power.
The damage Kushner is doing to the USA by instigating an attack on Iran may dwarf even the damage of covid.
Removing him permanently from civilized society and government may help end the Iran war quickly. It may stop martial law, the draft and the economic and financial collapse of the USA.
In hindsight, it is clear Kushner helped planned and prepare covid from 2016, 2017 in order to increase his personal fortune. As Covid Czar, Kushner moved tens, if not hundreds, of billions of covid contracts around with little oversight.
Are there any signs that Kushner is planning to profit from the Iran war?
Red flags have been raised about the way Kushner has been touring the Middle East seeking billions in “investments” at the same time as he has been negotiating with Iran and at the same time as he played an outsized influence in ordering an attack on Iran despite there being no imminent threat.
The Iran war crisis which Kushner again played an outsized role in engineering, is generating tens, if not 100s of billions of more money for the military.
On top of the 1.5 trillion already allocated to the Pentagon, Pete Hegseth is to ask for another 200 billion for the Iran war. Contracts for everything from caskets, to suncream, from insurance to drones will be up for allocation.
Indeed, Pete Hegseth and the Pentagon were forced to deny a report in the FT on April 1st 2026 that Hegseth stockbroker from Morgan Stanley had sought to make investments in Defence companies just days before Hegseth joined Kushner in advocating for a sudden strike on iran.
Whether Kushner made similar investments is not clear.
But Kushner, too, has positioned himself again to allocate these contracts as the Iran“Peace Envoy” as well as to profit from opportunities like insider trading on oil and gas prices, for example, or future reconstruction contracts.
