LE PEN PREPARES TO OUST MACRON AS CORRUPTED PARIS PROSECUTORS LAWFARE AGAINST HER TO OVERTHROW DEMOCRACY CAUSES OUTRAGE

The Paris prosecutor has asked for a prison sentence of five years and a five-year ban from political office for far-right leader Marine Le Pen in an illegal party funding case.
Nicolas Barret asked for the ban to become effective immediately after the verdict, even if the defence team appeals, ruling Le Pen out of standing again for president in 2027.

Marine Le Pen said is preparing for an early presidential election, saying President Emmanuel Macron's time in office was all but over.

Her move comes after Macron and the WEF elite have weaponized Paris prosecutors to prosecute and convict Le Pen without showing any crime.

The case depends on  highly selective and biased interpretation of the motives for sending assistants  as EU parliamentary assistants in Brussels, which is bereft of all proof.

No substantial damage to the public interest is shown.

Parallel, Paris and Brussels prosecutors have wilfully ignored the evidence that Macron and his crony in Brussels von der Leyen have engaged in massive crimes in relation to covid jabs and their contracts.

Le Pen should publicize these shocking crimes against the French public, against the public health and against the public purse.

She can also point out ex Rothschild banker Macron is artificially creating a debt crisis by refusing to use central bank monetary financing.

That will help her win the presidential election, oust Macron and put him in prison along with his crony prosecutors in Paris trying to use the same illegal lawfare tactics against her as have failed with Trump.

If Macron thinks he can declare martial law after a false flag, he will find out like his WEF associate in South Korea ,Yoon and co, what prison looks like faster than he thinks.

From media

She and more than 20 other senior party figures are accused of hiring assistants who worked on party business, rather than for the European Parliament which paid them.
Le Pen, who denies the charges, told reporters the requested sentence was an "outrage", and accused the prosecution of trying to "ruin" her National Rally (RN) party.
I think the prosecution's wish is to deprive the French people of the ability to vote for whom they want," she said after the hearing in the French capital, where she is on trial with 24 other defendants.

According to the prosecution case, Le Pen presided over a system for several years in which RN staff members from Paris were "taken on" as EU parliamentary assistants in Brussels.
It is being argued in court that these RN officials rarely set foot in the EU parliament and had no role there.
Le Pen has argued that parliamentary assistants paid for by the Brussels assembly were naturally involved in politics because that was what drew them to the job in the first place.
RN chairman Jordan Bardella, who is not a defendant in the case, called the prosecution's demands an "assault on democracy" in a post on X.
"The prosecution is not acting justly," he said. "It is seeking to persecute and take revenge on Marine Le Pen."

PARIS, Dec 18 (Reuters) - French far-right leader Marine Le Pen said on Wednesday that she was preparing for an early presidential election, saying President Emmanuel Macron's time in office was all but over.
Le Pen, who has brought her anti-immigrant National Rally (RN) party from fringe status into the political spotlight, is seen as a leading presidential contender. She faced off against Macron in 2017 and captured an even greater share of the vote in 2022, when Macron won another five-year term.
