South Korea s constitutional court may remove president, Yoon Suk Yeol next week stablize the country as the opposition party leader has requested.

Yoon was ready to create a war with North Korea simply to justify a martial law declaration and remain in power, it has emerged, ordering a drone attack.

He has also shown contempt for the rule of law by refusing to obey a summons by prosecutors into his acts of treason and insurrection. 

By stipping him of his immunity on Monday, the court can show support for democracy, the rule of law and solidarity with the South Korean people, who overwhelmingly want Yoon out, 

If they leave this dangerous member of the WEF elite in office, even as a formally suspended president, more threats to the country may emerge from him and his cronies in the WEF elite, which includes Yoon s rogue presidential security service. South Korea’s conservative president, Yoon Suk Yeol, has reportedly failed to obey a summons from prosecutors investigating him on charges including insurrection as he faces impeachment after declaring martial law.

Yoon, who was sent a summons on Wednesday requesting him to appear for questioning at 10am local time on Sunday, did not show up, according to the Yonhap news agency. Yoon and other senior officials are being investigated on possible charges of insurrection, abuse of authority and obstructing people from exercising their rights.

Yonhap said prosecutors – who are also seeking arrest warrants for senior military officials, including the head of the army special warfare command and the chief of the capital defence command – plan to issue another summons for the president.

Yoon has immunity from most criminal prosecution as president, but that does not extend to allegations of rebellion or treason. He has been banned from leaving South Korea, but observers doubt that authorities will detain him because of the potential for clashes with his presidential security service.
