There is a plan afoot in the Canton of Zurich to make jabs mandatory with a 50,000 CHF fine for those who refuse.
An attempt by the Austrian government in January 2022 to make covid jabs mandatory with fines and prison sentences failed when Austrians prepared to flood the courts with appeals.
The judges association said the expected 133,000 extra cases challenging the mandates would paralyze the justice system.

If the gov is going to fine someone for not taking a jab, they are opening a civil or criminal case against that person opening the path to legal challenges, s fact based discussion and for compensation for the victims of the jab mandates.
The Austrian gov abandoned its covid jab mandate plan very quickly after hardly anyone took the jab despite massive fines and prison sentences for refusing it in 2022.

Schon bei 133.000 Verfahren mehr müsse sich der Gesetzgeber „dringend überlegen, wie er sicherstellen kann, dass die Gerichte alle Fälle in vertretbarer Zeit erledigen können“, sagte
Matejka. Bekommt die Gerichtsbarkeit nicht die nötigen Ressourcen, werde zudem „das Impfpflichtgesetz zahnlos bleiben – und das wäre sehr kontraproduktiv zur Absicht der Regierung“.
