Despite a so called withdrawal from WHO and rejection of most recent IHR amendments, the United States a remains legally bound states parties to the IHR . So, if WHO orders lockdowns, vaccinations, the US is techniclly obliged to do it.
But in reality,it will not happen because WHO s measures must be science based and they are not, opening them to legal challenges.
