Ruto has confirmed plans to establish an Ebola quarantine facility at a military site iclose to Nairobi partnership with the United States despite a court order and despite an enormous backlash from civil society.

Could it be any clear that the facility is part of an authoritarian criminal scheme by a mafia to destroy the law and spread ebola in Kenya and the USA ultimately?
The plan makes no sense as a control measure. Yet, Trump, Gates, Rubio and Ruto are determined to push it through using authoritarian means.
That it is a criminal scheme can be proven to the court in Kenya using the Greek prosecutor porbes D 15 218 and E 17 449 etc and Trump, Gates and Ruto can be desposed.
