I am writing to you about the court decision to halt an ebola treatment centre being opened by the US government in Kenya and highly relevant criminal probes opened by prosecutors in Greece.
Relevant to this case are criminal prosecutor probes naming Donald Trump and Jared Kushner in 2017 as a member of a broad plot to use diseases like covid and ebola since at least to cause mass deaths around the globe also in Kenya for personal gain.
Another probe D 15 218 names Bill Gates, who funds and runs WHO behind the scenes, as among the accused in a scam to murder a reporter, myself, to hide their plan to spread ebola since 2014 at least to make money from defective ebola jabs.

Kenya has a strong legal claim to assert jurisdiction over these probes due to the direct threat to its national security and the citizenship of the victims of any new ebola plot.
Under ideal circumstances, Kenya could use a treaty like Mutual Legal Assistance Act to formally request evidence, witness statements, and documents from Greek authorities. In practice, the corruption of Greek justice by Trump and his associates Bill Gates means that the Greek authorities will not help the Kenyans to prosecute these architects of repeated disease plots for profit.
Nevertheless, the Kenya courts can take over the criminal probes E 17 449 and D 15 218 and the evidence collected by police and prosecutors in Greece and open their own probe into the crimes or join these crimes to the ongoing case about the ebola treatment centre because the potential victims are Kenyan citizens and the actions constitute international crimes.
Section 224 of the Kenyan Penal Code allows for the prosecution of anyone who conspires to kill another person, whether that person is in Kenya or elsewhere.
For certain extreme violations of international law (like mass poisoning that could be categorized as a crime against humanity), Kenya may exercise universal jurisdiction. This empowers national courts to investigate and prosecute suspects regardless of where the crime occurred or the nationality of the parties involved.
I urge you to use these probes and also to call me as a witness as the official victim of Trump and Gates and able to testify in a court of law.
The corruption of justice in the USA, Europe and UK has allowed these billionaires to continue their crimes and especially against Africa. In their minds, they think that the Kenyans cannot defend themselves against their dangerous plans.
Using these probes, a Kenyan court can put, at least, Bill Gates on trial and have him convicted and so help put an end to this global menace. In addition to improving the public safety, Kenyans can get billions in fines from Gates and his associates also for their covid scam.
I hope you will consider this course. The rule of law should apply also to US billionaires and politicians. They should not be allowed to believe they can trample all over the African people and their right to life and health with impunity in 2026.

Their callous disregard for human life, their avarice and cruelty should be repaid with one thing and one thing only. A just and fair and transparent trial, prison sentences for life and 10s of billions in fines to be given to their victims.
That will put an end to these horrific ebola outbreaks in Africa and other covert bioweapons operations once and for all, I strongly suggest!
And I can tell you this from Greece, the Greek people will cheer the Kenyans if you can succeed in prosecuting these sinister billionaires in Kenya because their own government under PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis is too corrupt to do so and does not care about the very survival of the Greek people or their suffering under the covid scheme and jabs.
In fact, I believe much of the American and European and global public will cheer you if you can restore justice to our world and stop an ebola mass vaccination campaign planned for later this year with dangerous experimental ebola vaccines.
