In a possible sign of panic, and minutes before meeting President Xi, Trump has called on US military leaders to resume testing nuclear weapon immediatelys in order to keep pace with other countries such as Russia and China as his domestic and economic woese mount.
"Because of other countries testing programs, I have instructed the Department of War to start testing our Nuclear Weapons on an equal basis," he wrote on social media just before meeting with President Xi Jinping in South Korea.
His new order comes just days after Trump denounced Russia for testing a nuclear-powered hypersonic missile system in response to continued attacks on Russia using long range missiles supplied by the UK, Italy and Germany as well as in response to a claim by Trump to have sent nuclear subs to the coast of Russia on August 2nd.
Medwedew personally threatened Trump if he sent long range missiles to Kiev to be fired at Russia, and Trump may have realize the threat is not idle as trade talks with China failed to produce the results he seems to have sought to obtain by a micture of bravado, bluff and bullying.
While Russia and China have tested advanced nuclear power hypersonic missile systems that can deliver a nuclear weapon, the US, NATO ruled by Trump and the Epstein circle have not tested such systems and cannot do so because they do not have them.
And they are unlikely to acquire a matching delivery system any time soon so far have they fallen behind in the hi tech military race.
The Russians did not detonate a nuclear weapon.
That difference between testing a weapons system and detonating a nuke may not have been understood by Trump.
The Russians and Chinese have been working quietly for at least ten years to improve their nuclear weapons systems.
However, in response to increasingly dangerous and reckless attacks by NATO, Russia tested a missile which the Kremlin said could penetrate US defence systems, and an underwater drone called Poseidon, capable of hitting the British, European, Israeli, Australian, American etc coasts and triggering radioactive tsunamis in game changers.
However, the message may have dropped on Trump and the Epstein circle that the Russians and Chinese have, indeed, prepared a check mate hypersonic weapon that is deisgned to make strategic strikes on the Epstein, Netanyahu which is engaged in overt and covert attempts to destablize and destroy China and Russia in a power grab over the world.
Trump and the oligarchs Gates, Soros, Bezos and co have scored another own goal with their massive tax cuts for the rich paired with deep cuts for the poor and a government shut down.
The end of SNAP and the suspension of payments to military etc will leave many Americans who live from pyacheck to paycheck in a dire situation and could spark looting of stores like Walmart.
Walmart and other stores may well decide to close to avoid the costs of restocking and reparing stores as well as of private security after looting, andto avoid endangering their staff, leading to cascading chain reactions which may see most of the rest ofthe stores forced to close

Again, I cannot emphasize to much how anyone who is on the info page of the Greek prosecutor probes D 15 218 and E 17 449 capturing Gates, Soros, Trump, Kushner in personally organizing crimes against a reporter must view them as lawless liars who cannot be dealt with using diplomacy or reason and whose many diabolical schemes including Ebola, covid jabs, always fail or backfire spectacularly, leaving the US and West now impoverished, backward and in a state of civil unrest and war.
The most delusional aspect is the pretence, the feigning by Trump that these proofs against him do not exist and the Russians and Chinese do not know about them and the refusal to correct the violations to continue a threat to me and info flows to the global public.
People should read them carefully to see what the Chinese and Russians see about the pyschology and inention of the Western leadership.
Faced with oppnents like Trump, King Charles, William von der Leyen, who are so lacking in any modicum of intelligence, ethics or self knowledge, and who lurch from self created crisis to crisis, and whose apparant faith in their superhuman abilities is insulated from all reality, the Chinese and Russians may well have realized from 2015 that the Globalist power grab over the world would result in a nuclear confrontation and prepared in advance. But then again foresight, long term thinking is a characteristic of intelligent people, a focus on the moment of the pyschopath.

BUSAN, South Korea, Oct 30 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump ordered the U.S. military on Thursday to immediately resume testing nuclear weapons after a gap of 33 years, minutes before beginning a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Trump made the surprise announcement on Truth Social while he was aboard his Marine One helicopter flying to meet Xi for a trade-negotiating session in Busan, South Korea. He said he was instructing the Pentagon to test the U.S. nuclear arsenal on an "equal basis" with other nuclear powers.
