Judge Merchan should ask himself whether he wants prison, death row or to live because his future will depend on his dropping his illegal lawfare against Trump on behalf of Dem mega donor Soros and Harris

IT IS BETTER FOR TRUMP TO FOCUS ON THE BRAINS AND FUNDERS OF THE MANY CRIMES AGAINST HIM AND THE AMERICANS, ALEX SOROS, GATES, BOURLA ETC

The walk to prison, to trial and possibly to death row accompanied by Alex Soros is something that Judge Merchan  and his daughter shoudl picture vividly to themselves.

Because the oligarch s have lost the power to protect him from the consequences of his illegal lawfare against Trump to overthrow the US elections.

The walk to prison, the wait in the prison celll for the key in the door for him to be led to death row is something Judge Merchan should picture to himself. 

Even if Elon Musk invites to an interview on X like Alex Soros to try to boost his image, it will not change the facts or the public perception of him as a corrupted tool of the WEF elite.

Maybe Soros has blackmail material on Merchan. If that is the case, it is better for Merchan to turn witness and whistle blower.

First degree premeditated false imprisonment of a political opponent with a view to murdering Trump in prison by a corrupt judge is surely one of the most evil acts of 2024. The fact his daugher received nearly 500 K from the Harris campaign in July makes his corruption clear. 

He took the cash and in return he misused his office, the sacred job of judge, to try to smear and imprison Trump knowing he was innocent of any crime for there is no crime on the inditement.

He did this on the instructions of Dem mega donor Alex Soros who tweeted out publicly that the Dems should refer to Trump as a convicted felon.

Judge Merchan still has the opportunity to reduce his legal exposure and rule the hush money conviction was fatally flawed and apologize. That shoudl ensure he escapes life long prison sentence and death row. Repentance automatically means a lesser sentence. Ceasing and desisting in a crime automatically brings a reduced punishment.

The law recognizes people who repent of their crimes as better, more corrigible, reasonable, less likely to commit crimes again than thhose hardened villains who do not repent.

Trump can show magnanimity to Judge Merchan for being reasonable and accept a public apology and compensation en lieu of criminal charges.

Judge Merchan should realize Alex Soros, Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, Mitsotakis, Larry Page and Elon Musk and associated joined in the criminal covid jab and censorship scheme so clearly proven in the Greek prosecutor probes have no one but themselves to blame for prison and the death penalty. 

They refused to deal with a real world legal porblems they created for years on end even as they spread around the world were difused among US law enforcement, the public. They thought they could take everything, kill Trump, imrpsion him using Judge Merchan. Now they have lost everything. The publci will demand the death penalty for these unrepentant mass murderers and tyrannts and, if I may dare so, total fools.

Only total fools would leave proofs to put the entire WEF elite, Soros, Gates family, Bourla in  prison in Greece for unprecedentted crimes against the American public.

But they did.They left all the proofs of the corruption of judges, prosecutors to the Supreme Court level in Greece on the orders of Soros and Gates personally in official proceedings. 

The corruption in Greece proves Soros is engaged in a system of corruption of justice officials.

Judge Merchan should learn from their mistake, repent while he can.

Judge Juan Merchan on Friday granted President-elect Trump's request to file a motion to dismiss the charges in New York v. Trump and removed the sentencing date for the president-elect from the schedule. 

Merchan said Trump attorneys have until Dec. 2 to file their motion for dismissal. Merchan said Bragg has until Dec. 9 to respond. 

Merchan also confirmed the stay in sentencing for Trump, which was requested by both Trump's and Bragg's attorneys. The sentencing was scheduled for Nov. 26, but on Friday, Merchan said that date "is adjourned." 

Trump spokesman and incoming White House communications director Steven Cheung reacted to Merchan's ruling on Friday, telling Fox News Digital it is a "decisive win" for the president.

"In a decisive win for President Trump, the hoax Manhattan Case is now fully stayed and sentencing is adjourned," Cheung told Fox News Digital. "President Trump won a landslide victory as the American People have issued a mandate to return him to office and dispose of all remnants of the Witch Hunt cases."

Cheung added, "All of the sham lawfare attacks against President Trump are now destroyed and we are focused on Making America Great Again."
