JUDGE MERCHAN SHOULD DROP THE ILLUSION THE PUBLIC HAS NOT NOTICED HE HAS ENGAGED IN ILLEGAL LAWFARE AGAINST TRUMP AND DROP THE HUSH MONEY CHARGES TODAY TO REDUCE HIS EXPOSURE

Judge Juan Merchan should do himself a favour and drop the hush money case against Trump because it is plainly illegal lawfare and will not stand scrutiny in any impartial court of law or in the court of public opinion.

34 felonies for no crime is an outrageous miscariage of justice for which Merchan merits the most serious penalty because it is interference with the right of all Americans to vote in free and fair elections for a candidate opposing the ruling government.

Not only Merchan, but Stormey Daniels and Mike Cohen may find themselves on death row for their role in this criminal conspiracy to violate Trump s fair trial guarantees.

Whoever promised him immunity from the rule of law deceived him. Kamala Harris only won the states which had no voter ID rules. It is quite possible that Trump won all the states. The notion the American people or military will support a coup to put her or Schwab crony Musk in power is fantastical.

For mega Dem donor Alex Soros to think the Dems could win by falsely convicted Trump and calling him a convicted felon was a level of delusion which only pyschiatrits may be able to explain.

The record of Biden, Harris, Obama is historical disaster for America.

Merchan should cut his losses and reduce his legal exposure to the death penalty while he still can and not follow the WEF elite to death row because that may well be where Obama, Biden, Harris, Gates and Soros find themselves sooner they think for their covid jab crimes.

If he turns witness, he may be able to cut a plea deal to stay out of prison.

The judge in US President-elect Donald Trump's New York criminal case will decide Tuesday whether to throw out his conviction, potentially handing him a major legal win as he prepares to take office again.

Trump was convicted of 34 felony counts in May after a jury found he had fraudulently manipulated business records to cover up an alleged sexual encounter with a porn star ahead of the 2016 election.

Trump, due to be sentenced on November 26, may receive a reprieve if Judge Juan Merchan decides to dismiss the case following the Supreme Court's recent ruling on presidential immunity.
