Only the human being can obtain pure knowledge, entertain concepts which are infinite and timeless, also of Jesus Christ, who is the essence of all that is infinite and timeless, and so enjoy a form of freedom, from the world, from time and death itself.
The very fact we can understand maths formuals is a proof of our divine spirit, according to Plato.
That our souls are eternal was shown by Plato in the Meno 2,400 years ago.
He showed that maths is limitless in a way our world and our universe is not limitless.
And yet, we can grasp maths.
Animals cannot.
The implications of Plato s discovery are gigantic.
Think about the difference it would make to everyone, to you, to you, if you had the absolute ceertainty that your soul is infinite, of infinite worth?
Do we? Do you?
Yet, we perhaps have never been so far from understading what it means for us to have eternal souls as in our barbaric, technological world of today, characterized by unprecedented contempt for the value of human life, materialism and consumerism.
When Jesus Christ tells us in Mark 8 the soul of every single peson is more valuable than the entire world, he is saying something that Plato demonstrated using logic.

In Plato’s Meno, Plato shows how a mathematical formula to double the size (area) of a square, a quadratic equation involving squared terms, can be grasped by a slave boy.
He shows how these mathematical formuls are infinite.
Then, he concludes our souls must be infinite we can understand an idea that is something beyond our world.
Think about how great that is! How incredible, fabulous that we, we human beings are infinite in the way the world is not infinite.
We are in a very specific way greater than the entire world.
Each and every one of us has something within us, a capacity, that is bigger in space, in fact limitless, far, far greater than the entire universe with all the billions of stars, nebulae, hurtling through space at incredible speeds.
We have within us a timelessness which is far greater than the entire history of the universe from its origns to its end because it is of a different quality from time.
And Plato proved it using logic.
We can all follow the proofs and be 100% sure our soul is infinite and can never die.
What is his proof exactly?
Geometry involves ideas designed to express quantities of space and arithemtic involves ideas which are designed to express quantities of things.
The addition of one more unit to a series can continue into infinity in principle because we are dealing with an idea. We can always add another higher number or area in principle as ideas.
That means, arithemetic sequences are
timeless in a way our world is not timeless and geometrical sequences are infinite in the way our world is not infinite.
We are in the infinite dimension.
It is the dimension without time, which stands outside of and in opposition to the world of time.
It is the dimension without space, which stands outside of and opposed to the world of space.
It is the dimension outside of change.
It is eternal, infinite, immortal,
It is made of ideas which are endless
It is the dimension of Jesus Christ, of the divine.
All the things in this world can be counted in principles.
We could count and measure all the planets, stars, the galaxies, all the things on the world, all the trees, rocks, grain of sands. But the number would be finite because we are talking about physucal materal things.
In this world, time is finite, space is finite.
If we were to count all the moments in the the series of past, present and future events, count all the events which have ever happened, are happeing now, and will happen inside our world and universe from the moment it was created to the moment it ends, the number would be finite.
It would be a unimaginably gigantic finite number. But it would be finite.
Yet, with arithmetic we are in a world with a series of numbers which can never end, never end in principle because the series has a logical, ideal aspect
Logic is a power of abstract thinking which is not found anywhere in the material world, has no correspondence in any physical object.
It is what distinguishes a human being from all other things in the universe, from all of nature, from rocks, from water and so on and, above all, from animals.
It reveals our minds to be limitless, infinite, with no boudaries in space and time.
Plato saw in our capacity to grasp maths evidence the human beings have infinite, immortal souls. There are other proofs Plato presented.
But maths is a crucial one. And we can all understand why when we think about it because we have the power of logic, this mysterious, divine power, which can move us outside time and space.
Plato says the reason we have the ability to think in a way which has no limit in time or space is because there is Creator who also has that ability and who has given it to us.
Logic, maths also has no place in George Orwell s 1984.
The great crime of Winston Smith is to think logicaly and say that 2 plus 2 is 4.
The aim of Big Brother is to break his will to logic and the truth and get him to say 2 plus 2 is 5.
Then he is a prisoner inside the system with no way out.
He has accepted the bars on his mind.
He is a prisoner like in Plato s Cave.
Lanaguage is another power of generalization which places us before the infinite.
In 1984, the Party goes to great length to reduce the number of words which ae avalaible to people. It creates an artificial, new language New Speak.
In the story of Nineteen Eighty-Four, the lexicologist character Syme discusses his editorial work on the latest edition of the Newspeak Dictionary:
By 2050—earlier, probably—all real knowledge of Oldspeak will have disappeared. The whole literature of the past will have been destroyed. Chaucer, Shakespeare, Milton, Byron—they'll exist only in Newspeak versions, not merely changed into something different, but actually contradictory of what they used to be. Even the literature of The Party will change. Even the slogans will change. How could you have a slogan like Freedom is Slavery when the concept of freedom has been abolished? The whole climate of thought will be different. In fact, there will be no thought, as we understand it now. Orthodoxy means not thinking—not needing to think. Orthodoxy is unconsciousness.[1]

1984 shows the Anti Christ system of control, which is ruling the West today and is driving the West into an abyss of darkness, violence and ignorance.
Big Brother wants us to refuse and reject the very great power within our soul and mind which makes us divine! Our capacity to think logically to find the truth and to express ourself using words and to appreciate literature, philosophy.
And so, by extension, to reject Jesus Christ, who exists in this dimension.
We are capable of pure abstract thought which transcends this world and so of immediate knowledge of Jesus Christ and God.
Every single person has that power, has also the responsibility to find out the truth about whether the Shroud of Turin is real, using logic, whether Christ was crutified and resurreted, using logic, whether what Christ says is real, what our purpose is, whether there is an after life, and consider how we should live to reach our purpose. All this using logic.
Jesus Christ suffered so much for eaach one of us because he knows we are infinite.
We do not die.
On our choices in this world depends our fate in the next, timeless world.
We either go to heaven or to hell.
These are very big thoughts but we have to think them through.
Only the human being has the power to think in abstract terms, in terms of ideas which are purified of all patiruclar physical things and freed of all limitations of space and time and of finite things in this world
The animal cannot think in abstract terms
It lives in a world of sense impressions and instincts.
When we reject logic and Christ, we live as animals. And we feel as animals. Worse, we can become cruel like Satan himself.
Just as our minds have no boundaries when we think logically, our hearts have no boundaries when we feel logically.
Logical feeling is actually love.
Logical feeling is feeling the same about all people and things equally irrespective of their otherness. It translate into sympathy and good will for all people. It is crystallized in the Golden rule.
Do to others as they do to you.
Christ tells us we have One Father.
We are all, from his point of view, His children.
We are all one family.
There is nothing separating us from others.
We are one single continuous whole family made up of lots of family members with plenty of variety.
We are illogical when we think one or other person deserves more or less sympathy because we have a perference for one or other person because of connections made by assocations, emtoinons, desires etc.
Whether something is good or bad, right or wrong is something that we cannot determine purely in relation to ourselves and our desires.
There are ethical laws.
We must reject evil and we are told it is good to withdraw sympathy from people who are wedded to evil and to hate them as is shown in the Book of Revelation where Jesus Christ praises those who hate evil.
There is a logical element to love and hatred.
