Surrey police will ask the FBI for more information about claims Epstein victims were abused by Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell at “paedophile ring” parties in Britain.
Files released in the US this week included claims Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell attended events in Frogmore Cottage, where abuse took place.
One alleged victim said they were beaten by Maxwell, tied to a table and tortured with electrical shocks by Maxwell, while Andrew and other men watched on.
She also alleges being hit by a car deliberately to cause her serious injuriy.
The 35-year-old claimed she was drugged and driven by her father to an abuse ring in Surrey in the mid-1990s with others, when aged between six and eight.

Surrey Police is set to request assistance from the FBI regarding allegations contained in recently released Epstein files that describe abuse at "paedophile ring" gatherings in Britain during the mid-1990s.
The claims, which remain unproven, name both Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Ghislaine Maxwell as being present at the alleged events.
Andrew has consistently and firmly rejected allegations of wrongdoing connected to Jeffrey Epstein or Maxwell.
Documents published by the US Department of Justice on Monday form part of a substantial cache of 11,000 files relating to the late convicted paedophile.
The force confirmed it is reaching out to relevant agencies to obtain access to redacted details within the FBI document.
According to the heavily redacted FBI document, a 35-year-old individual alleges they were drugged and transported by their father to an abuse ring in Surrey when they were between six and eight years old.
The complainant alleges they were taken to Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor Estate, which later became the home of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
They claim that, while there, they were restrained on a table and subjected to electric shocks, allegedly administered by Maxwell, while Andrew and other men were said to be present.

(NewsNation) — A victim statement from the Jeffrey Epstein document released Tuesday revealed disturbing allegations of child sexual abuse by the former Prince Andrew.
The 2020 statement given to the FBI came from an individual whose name was redacted but who described allegedly being hit by Andrew’s car and then sexually assaulted.

An individual from the United Kingdom submitted information to the FBI, who made allegations that between the ages of 6 and 8, they were “drugged at night and driven to pedophile ring ‘parties.’”
They recounted an incident in which they were allegedly hit by a car being driven by Andrew and suffered permanent injuries, but were not taken to the hospital.

“The car’s hood figurine broke off in my hand on impact, and I later buried it near my home, so it could still be recoverable as evidence,” the victim told authorities.
The person said they also escaped from the house once and made it to the Irish Traveller community, who might be able to corroborate their story.
Accuser also describes abuse by Ghislaine Maxwell
The accuser also detailed allegations against Epstein’s former girlfriend and longtime associate, Ghislaine Maxwell.
The person also said they were taken to a residence they later recognized as Frogmore Cottage, where they say they were physically tortured and abused by Maxwell while men, including Andrew, watched.

The individual said they broke their nose during that incident, but they were not taken to a hospital until after a rugby game, which could explain such an injury.
They said they were also beaten by Maxwell when they tried to escape.
“She also threatened me, saying that I ‘deserved to die’ and hit me in the face with the broom, breaking my nose,” the statement read.
Maxwell was arrested a year after Epstein’s suicide in prison and was convicted of sex trafficking in December 2021. She was interviewed by the Justice Department’s second-in-command in July and was soon afterward moved from a federal prison in Florida to a prison camp in Texas.

Andrew told BBC “Newsnight” in a 2019 interview that he met Epstein in 1999, though that claim appears to conflict with notes from his private secretary in 2011 stating the two met in the early 1990s. They were apparently introduced by Maxwell.
Andrew’s ties to Epstein drew intense scrutiny during that same interview, and he faced questions about maintaining contact with Epstein after the financier’s 2009 release for soliciting a minor. Andrew reportedly ended contact in 2006 but resumed it in 2010, visiting Epstein’s New York mansion. Following the broadcast, Queen Elizabeth II suspended his royal duties “for the foreseeable future.”

In 2021, Virginia Giuffre sued Andrew, accusing him of sexually abusing her as a teenager after Epstein allegedly introduced them in London in 2001, with Maxwell allegedly coercing her. Andrew denied ever meeting Giuffre. The two reached a settlement “in principle” in 2022. Giuffre died by suicide in Australia in April 2025.

Following the posthumous release of Giuffre’s memoir in October 2025, Andrew gave up his title of Duke of York amid renewed public scrutiny. Critics have called for Parliament to formally strip him of the title, and Liberal Democrats have urged a debate on his conduct.
He denied the accusations even after the renunciation, saying in a statement, “I vigorously deny the accusations against me.”
