Serbian prosecutors are looking at the extremely favourable contract which Jared Kushner managed to negtotiate with the Serbian gov to obtain the right to construct a hotel in Belgrade and which involved a forged letter.
The business deal gives us an insight into how the Epstein circle network may use blackmail, forgery and witness intimidation to obtain favourable contracts from a state and even the right to claim millions if the state breaches the contract...
The fact Kushner has withdrawn from the project does not alter his legal liability.
It rather reveals something of the naivity of Kushner and the way he still fails to include politics and public opinion when evaluating whether his corruption schemes can work in 2025.
Because the stakes for him are very high when they fail as his Belgrade venture has now failed.
He also withdrew from a bid for Warner Brothers likely because he may have also made false claims in his application or engaged in other sharp business practices.
Will he end up on trial in Belgrade in the new world order dominated by Russia and China for corrupting Serbian Ministers and officials to obtain preferential terms over Serbian property?
The fact that courts in New York may ultimately decide on whether Kushner an dhis company should be fined for corruption etc may not work out in Kushner s favour either as his network s power collapses and the US public turn againt the covid jab profiteer.
There is no stronger evidence against him than in Greece where state prosecutors in 2017 named the son of a convicted felon in E 17 449 trying to plot covid, linking all the current crimes right back to him.
From media
Under the contract signed with Affinity Partners, the state undertook to remove the cultural heritage status from the General Staff complex. Rajić says this is a complete scandal because the procedure for removal requires full engagement of a professional service to prepare an expert report, over which the Government of Serbia should have no influence.
He says that the contract also states that representatives of the state or any other person acting on its behalf have never taken any action in violation of any local anti-corruption law applicable to them.
Compensation of up to 50 million euros for breach of guarantees
The abandonment of the project in Belgrade may not be the last contact with Kushner’s firm, as Trump’s son-in-law could seek compensation that, according to the agreement, can reach up to 50 million euros. A million euros can be claimed if Serbia does not fulfil the prerequisites by May of next year, such as removing protection from the General Staff, obtaining positive opinions from the Competition Protection Commission and the State Aid Control Commission, aligning the business plan, and having the regulatory plan adopted. However, this is not such a big problem regarding potential compensation, as the deadline has not yet passed.
