Dear Maria Gratsia,
Following reports that Hellenic Trains issued what could broadly be called a veiled death threat against the families of the Tempe train collision cover up via a Christmas card, I urge you to consider the option of filing charges against Mitsotakis for being caught in the act of trying to murder a reporter as this strips him of his immunity, circumvents parliament and would allow for his immediate arrest, detention, prosecution and quick elections.
Certainly, the message of the card seemed very sinister in the context of the ongoing investigation into the deaths of 57 people and cover up, and as far as I could see, the people who received these cards found them intimidating.
As for my situation, it remains dire. It is a sign that Mitsotakis and his circle remain resistant to the notion that they are beholden in any way to the law. Far from compromising, they appear to be doubling down on trying to destroy me asap.

In Greece, Members of Parliament (MPs) are generally immune from prosecution, arrest, or detention without a prior vote by the Hellenic Parliament to lift that immunity.

Quite plainly Mitsotakis is now caught in the act of knowingly trying to kill a reporter by stress, cold, hunger, homelessness by refusing to acknowledge the key factor causing this disaster are the cover ups of D 15 218, E 17 449 and spins off and refusing to accept his responsibility as PM for the failures of his justice officials. That, over years.
The connection between the cover ups, the linkage between the perversion of justice and my dire situation is also shown from the way the cover ups resulted in me being unable to get even the 96,000 euros transferred to their tool Theodekti back in 2015.
Please find attached the key documents belonging to the file D 15 218 in three parts. (Stichea 1 to 16 etc) The actual evidence is not added because of the volume of it. Also, attached my emails to the Supreme Court in 2016 about the violations.
You will be able to see at a glance that the "trial indictment" of D 15 218 at the end with the file number D 15 218 omits virtually all the actual police and prosecutor reports with the file number D 15 218.
This in order to hide the role of George Soros, Alexis Tsipras, and the fact I am a reporter.
Just from reviewing all the evidence collected in D 15 218 and seeing what went into the trial indictment, you will see how much of the official probes were illegally hidden and why a new investigation must be opened to include these.
Also, you can clearly see I am invited to the trial Of D 15 218 as a "Martyres" or witness and not as a Party to deprive me of my right to have a lawyer and appeal.
I filed the original police report in April 2015 as a party and my status was changed illegally.
Despite all my efforts to change it back, I could not acquire the status of a party or the right to access the file, appeal associated with it, again in a massive violation of my rights.
Clearly the investigation into the police and prosecutor reports in D 15 218 has to be reopened and done under due process.
A new investigation has to focus on the years of cover up and crimes against me, which hampered my work and so resulted in the Greek people being deprived in a significant way of the capacity to give informed consent to experimental covid jabs.
Informed consent to experimental jabs is a legal requirement.
This rigged trial for D 15 218 laid the basis for finding Theodekti (and Soros, Tsipras) innocent and for defamation charges against me.
These ten years of lawfare hell in Greece were preceded by five years of similar lawfare hell in Austria when police charged an associate of Werner Faymann with crimes against me only for the file to disappear illegally from the Vienna prosecutors office, opening the door for more crimes against me.
For the purposes of asking for Mitsotakis to be arrested immediately, you need only show the connection between the cover up and my dire situation in Larisa as well as perhaps that he has repeatedly been informed and refused to act.
Please see one email attached sent to him on December 25th and 26th on the very serious rape threat too.
Mitsotakis may argue that my tone is not appropriate but there is the concept of legitimate anger. I am allowed to express legitimate anger at his omission and inaction and failure to correct these violations which really are threatening my life.
The objective facts count. The fact is Mitsotakis has made no effort to contact me about how to correct these violations and neither have any of the clergy or Billionaires.
As for witnesses, I am sure hundreds of people now in Larisa can testify to have seen me basically homeless and trailing around with cardboard and a sleeping bag at night to find a place to sleep for almost 3 weeks. The restaurant which gives me food can certainly testify to my lack of money and homelessness.
You can document it yourself if you come to Larisa.
Clearly, to have to sleep outside in December without money etc or help from the Dimarchos for nearly 3 weeks is life threatening.
I do feel very sick and exhausted as a result already and cannot say I expect to survive for long.
So that part of the indictment, threat to the life of the victim deprived of justice, is proven.
All that is needed then is soft power and for the farmers and Tempi family association to publicize the case and I am sure Mitsotakis could well end up in prison in detention in days.
I do believe this is the best way to remove a dangerous mafia network in government which is now , it seems, brazenly threatening the Tempi victims families via Christmas cards.
Experience shows this mafia will stop at nothing, refrain from no dirty trick, smear campaign, to stay in power and remove obstacles to their agenda.
All the Greeks, including you and Maria Karystianou, will be safer if Mitsotakis is detained for major crimes against a reporter which are ongoing.
I believe the political will among the Greek people is there to accomplish his detention.
