The Greeks will be delighted to hear that Maria Karysitanou is planning a party with a very pragmatic fight against the corrupt criminal network in power with a central goal being to confiscate their assets.
People hear a lot about justice. But they do not see it.
When Mitsotakis is not only put in prison, or even death row (can be done with a bill) for his covid era crimes, but his family assets are confiscated, they will feel justice is being done.
Confiscating the assets of politicians like Mitsotakis, Mamakos, Tsipras, Kouretas, Konstantopoulou for their omission also in relation to the correction of violations in D 15 218, E 17 449 would bring likely 100s of millions into gov coffers.
It will also deprive a criminal network of the means to retaliate.
Apart from Greek politicians, the wealth of Trump, Kushner, Soros, Gates, Buffett, Moderna, AZ and Pfizer can be confiscated as fines amounting, likely, to a trillion euros in cash for Greeks to fund the farmers, new businesses, innovation, education, health, social benefits.
And we do not need to talk about the potential of monatary financing of the Greek government, which will see Greece boom like China.
I also think a portion of the wealth of the Greek Orthodox church has to be confiscated because they do not serve the people but a mafia. The church needs a fresh start.
Maria Karysitanou said an announcement would be made at the right moment, likely in spring, and hopefully after Mitsotais is arrested for being caught red handed in a serious crime...
His arrest and the arrest of other key figures should make the political environment less dangerous.

My thinking is the mood now abmong the Greeks, the farmers and public is that they are in a life and death fight with the corrupt elite and they cannot afford to back down because the Mitsotakis criminal circle will take everything from them, their livelihoods, their very lives as they struggle to control a revolt against their corruption.
The very existence and future of Greece itself is at stake.
If Mitsotakis, Kushner and co try to kill Karystianou, there will be hell to place and thousands ready to take over.
