A dramatic development in the criminal investigation of Peter Mandelson.
The Met police are searching two addresses linked to Peter Mandelson as part of a criminal inquiry into his cash for favours arrangement with Jeff Epstein.
One address is the house which Mndelon rented from Nat Rothschild in 2014.
The fact that Rothschild could not stop the raids on his instrument and may not even have been forewarned is a sign of the speed at which the Epstein circle is collapsing.
The Rothschilds along with French and German banks profited from the 500 billion euro bailout fund, which Mandelson sent Epstein info on in secret as a Cabinet Minister the night before it was announced in public.
The raids will increase the pressure on Keir Starmer to resign for his poor judgment in bringing back the disgraced Mandelson to make him the UK ambassador to the US.

The Metropolitan Police have said they are carrying out searches at properties linked to Peter Mandelson in Wiltshire and Camden, north London, as part of their investigation over allegations of misconduct in public office.
The police launched an investigation into the ex-Labour minister on Tuesday after suggestions he passed on market-sensitive government information to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Accusations that Mandelson, as a government minister, leaked information to Epstein came after the US Department of Justice released a tranche of documents including emails to and from the US financier.
Messages from 2008 appear to show Lord Mandelson - who was at the time business secretary in Gordon Brown's government - discussing Treasury plans for a one-off tax on bankers' bonuses with Epstein.
Other emails indicate that Lord Mandelson gave advanced notice to Epstein of a €500bn bailout from the EU to save the Euro.
