Macron s malicious purpose in filing a defamation lawsuit to deprive an American journalist of her first Amendment rights is betrayed by the fact the lawsuit against Candace Owens comes just two weeks after an Appeals in France ruled that it was not defamatory to say that Brigitte Macron was not a woman.

The Appeals Court in Paris decided on July 10th that 18 claims in a video were not defamatory as Brigitten Macron s lawyers claimed but were done in good faith.

The timing is crucial.
Macron has filed an appeal at the Supreme Court in France. But he has not waited for the ruling, likely because he knows it will uphold the Appeals Court verdict.
Macron and Brigitte knows they have just been defeated in France in an Appeals court, the second highest court in France, on the same issue and for good reason. The Appeals court ruled two women who made the same accusations were acting in good faith. A vital point. There was no malice found, no manipulation and twisting of the facts.
In Greece, defamation requires malice AND error to be shown.

The market place of ideas must be free. Different interpretations should be allowed if they are covered by the facts, reasonable and made in good faith.
There is no malice and no clear errors in the arguments of Candace Owens as anyone who listens to them, as I have, can see.
She is not twisting facts to injure Macron or Brigitte.
The notion an influencer in the USA can bully the Macrons and make their life unbearable is absurd.
It is the other way round. The powerful president of France and his wife are bullying Candace Owens and trying to make her life unbearable and muzzle free speech.
Recall how Trump s former ambassador to Israel David Friedman publicly advocated making the lives of Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson as uncomfortable as possible for exercising their free speech rights and criticizing the Gaza genocide.
A malicious defamation lawsuit filed against Candace by the Macrons knowing they have just lost in an Appeals Court in France on a similar issue is bullying. It is intimidation. It is deep pockets with big networks threatening an independent journalist to silence free speech by covert, pseudo legal means.
It is a matter of public interest whethr Macron and Brigitte can be blackmailed over their sexual lives or not.
After the Appeals Court verdict in France, Macron knows his case is weak to say the least.
So what is his purpose in filng a lawsuit againt Candace Owen for saying basically the same things as an Appeals Court in France just decided it is, de facto, by free speech rights?
His lawsuit in Delaware is designed to intimidate the free media in the USA in a matter of public interest.
The Macrons are the bullies, trying to use their deep pockets to silence a dark scandal just as his popularity is very low.
The real target are the social media influencers who are threatening the entire elite by exposing the Epstein scandal.
Candace Owen is playing a key role in this exposure of a scandal which can remove not just Trump and most o fhis administration but the entire US and Western elite when the tens of thousand of videos are publicised as they must be for Americans have a right to know, a right to democracy and a right to see justice done against what appear to be dreadful child abusers.
That may be why Macron singled her out.
Unlike ambiguous Charlie Kirk, she recognizes there will be no arrests by Trump of the globalists, the covid jabbers, if he is indeed controlled by Epstein.
For Kirk to say Trump really wants to arrest Fauci and Gates when he has not lifted a finger to do so in 7 months is a red herring.
Kirk is trying to keep the voters from taking matters in their own hands and ousting Trump and the entire blackmail ring in the US and, it seems in the UK and EU, which is beholden to oligarchs.
Incidentally, Charles Kushner is now the new US ambassador to Paris. His son, Jared Kushner s, shady business dealings were explored by Candace Owens.
As the Epstein scandal rages, many powerful people want to silence the free media.
Candace should study the law, (in Greece, defamation requires malice AND error to be shown) collect the evidence, get the French judgment translated into English and certified for use in a court, and apply for the dismissal of a frivolous and malicious lawsuit and sue Macron and the French government for 10 billion dollars.
She can contact the French lawyers of the accused women who just won an Appeal, Fraucois Danglehant and Maud Marian to coordinate.
She should ask for 1 billion dollars because a principle is at stake. Macron and the French government whose resources he is using should be forced to pay punitive damages for trying to silence free speech in the USA deliberately and send a chilling message to all US social media influencers.
She should take special care to oversee any lawyers.
This, because the only way she can lose is if a lawyer is secretly corrupted and hands in the wrong evidence using the wrong arguments at the wrong time or in the wrong format.
She should ask Trump, Rubio and Kushner for support because they have run on the ticket of protecting free speech and ending censorship.
Let their voters see their actions!
Journalists should start publicising the Greek prosecutor probes. This is what will expose the entire criminal scheme.
Soon it may be too late as the dollar collapses possibly to be replaced by a CBDC and an AI dictatorship.
