China s rare earth exports hit highest level since 2009 Is it helping Russia, Iran increase the production of missiles, fighters?

Zerohedge has published a graph showing China has export record rare earth metals which does not say which rare earth metals were exported or to which countries.

The fact the Pentagon is taking immediate action to boost rare earth metal production and refining in the USA suggests the increased exports of China are not going to the USA.

The fact old laptops and phones may be tapped also suggests a dire shortage.

German industry is complaining a lack of Chinese rare earth exports is posing a dire threat to its manufacturing.

Could it be Russia, Iran and other countries are the beneficiaries of the higher exports as their military industrial production expands?

From media

The customs data reflected in this chart does not specify which rare earths were exported, with a more detailed breakdown expected later this month.
