THE MOST IMPORTANT STORY WORLD SCIENCE SHOWS THE SHROUD OF TURIN IS AUTHENTIC BUT WHY DID JESUS CHRIST CHOSE TO REVEAL THE FACT OF HIS RESURRECTION TO US NOW?

Is accepting or rejecting the authenticity of the Shroud is to many an issue of Christian or anti-Christian conviction?

I am a Christian. I doubted the authenticity of the Shroud.

But when I saw the science, the evidence, I was conviced it is authentic. The implications are indeed, staggering.

When Sorenson claims we cannot know if the Shroud is authentic from the evidence presented, he is making knowledge  something impossible to obtain because the bar is so high.

He also says we cannot know if Julius Caesar existed.

Julius Ceasar is one of the best documented figures in history with thousands of books written about him, with  contemporary witnesses like Cicero and Sallust.

If we cannot know Caeasar existed given all these facts, then knowledge of history is de facto impossble.

Knowledge is facts, evidence, logic, consistency. 

Knowledge is not achieved by abolishing the 0.0000001% chance that all those facts, evidence, logic are somehow invalid. That can never be done.

If he means we cannot know Ceasar existed because we have not seen him with our eyes, well, most of us have never seen Trump with our own eyes but he unquestionably exists.

We do not need to see Ceasar with our eyes to know for a fact he existed using historical documents and evidence.

The Shround of Turin is authenitic.

But why did Jesus Christ chose to reveal the scientific fact of his existence now using the most modern technology?
