GERMAN MIDDLE CLASS FACING FREEZING TO DEATH IN BERLIN FOR DAYS BECAUSE OF GOV INCOMPETENCE, SUPPORT OF UKRAINE, VENT THEIR FURY
HOW CLOSE IS GERMANY TO A REVOLUTION?
Ex BlackRock CEO Friedrich Merz has surrounded himself with the symbols and trappings of power, including lines of soldiers welcoming powerful leaders like Zelenskz, Kushner and Witkoff to the Chancellery to discuss the plan of turning Germany s army into Europe s biggest, rearming Europe, guaranteeing the Ukraine s security and fighting Russia, the 100s of billions of euros of funding.
Yet, a power outage has turned a large swathe of Berlin into a black hole leaving 50,000 households or about 200,000 people without heat, water, electricity in the middle of a Siberian winter, so telling a different story.
Germany is a ruin. It resembles Rome when the Goths invaded or the end of WW2 but without a conventional war.
The same catastrophe could paralyze any city in Germany or Europe at any time.
This is the point made by the German Youtuber Kettner-Edelmetalle, who took time off fro discussing the price of gold and silver to highlight the terrible ordeal facing so many people in Berlin.

A group of terrorists, calling themselves Vulkan or Volcano Group, found the plans for Berlin s electricity network in the internet. After inspecting these public plans, which the Russians, Iranians can look at just by googling on the internet, this group determined they needed a tiny amount of explosives to blow up a power pylon protected just by a fence to paralyze much of Berlin for nearly a week.
They succeeded.
To sum up, Germany s, and likely all of Europe s, electricity grid is so open, so unprotected that devastating harm can be done by anyone who spends a few hours studying the public plans and invests a few hundred euros in a ladder, wire cutter and explosive material.
It goes without saying the culprits were never spotted and the authorities had no clue who they were. The group made a declaration that they had done it. Otherwise, the authorities would still be clueless as there are not even cameras watching over the pylons.
Meanwhile, Merz is watching over everyone criticizing him and filing defamation charges. The digital services acts is a gigantic cenroship apparatus to stop citizens from airing criticism.
But when it comes to Germany s electricity grid, there is zero effort to protect it from sabotage or the " Russians".
And when the damage is done, there is zero crisis infrastructure in place to help people half an hour s drive away from Merz s shiny Chancellory office.
There were few emergency back up generators. Germany has given 1,700 away to the Ukraine.

The German state s propaganda media managed to keep broadcasting because it received on eof the few emrgency back up power units.
Traffic lights went down, shops closed, ATMS shut down, the S bahn ceased to function. The freezing weather meant water pipes burst. Refrigerators ceased to function.
Schools closed.
Businesses closed.
Burglars flooded in.
Whoever escaped the electricity blackout did so only because they themselves managed to muster the resources, a car, an E scooter, cash to escape a black hole.
Left behind in the dark blotches of houses in between the white snow where often the elderly without food, heating or light, a phone or any communications.
The government, at first refused to even pay for hotels. Later, they offered emergency spots where people could get electricity and heating and sports halls filled with camper beds.
Meanwhile, refugees were moved immediately in buses to hotels and other accomodation. A good thing, for sure. But why not the permament residents too?

When people are left with nothing, without heating, light, without food, and have to sleep during the night in temperatures which reach minus 16, with only seven hours of daylight and rest night, then they have to struggle with life and death. They either have to fight hunger and cold every moment. Or die.
And they are furious

This is what the politicians like Merz and Mitsotakis do not understand.
They are still pushing papers inside their bureaucratic bubbles, destroying people s livelihoods according to all the old technocratic rules.
But the people have taken up the cudgets to protct themselves from a criminal elite whose policies are all about enriching themselves at the expese of the ordinary people.
including the farmers of Greece who are blockading the country as their livelihoods are threatened by the policies of Mitsotakis, their very existences.
Covid jab victims hve found themselves sick, left to die wit little or no help from their criminal elite.
Likely quite a few people will have died from the cold in Berlin already during the circa six days needed to repair the cables.

I know why the man interviewed by Michael Mross was so angry.
A politician from the SPD refused the help of the Bundeswehr.
Her action underlined the disconnect between mordern politicians and the people.

For residents, the immediate reality has been more practical than political: cold homes, closed local services, limited access to charging, cash machines, and shops, and the need to travel outside affected districts for basic tasks.

The outage quickly spread beyond darkened homes. Businesses reliant on refrigeration and electronic payment systems shut their doors. Traffic lights went out in affected areas, increasing pressure on police and emergency services. Public reporting also pointed to school closures, with around 20 schools affected according to German media coverage of the response.

Since it was a so called wealthy part of Berlin in the South West, it is likely that many of the people will have been serving in the higher echelons of Germany s sprawling government civil service, staffing the bureaucracy in Berlin, administering the loans to the Ukraine.
Their eyes will have been opened.
Any illusions they may have had about fortress Germany will have vanished when on the 3rd January, the pylon was blown up and they found themselves without any help from the state.
For all the talk about Germany and Europe having to prepare for war, zero preparations have been made to help the civilians if there is a war by the very politicians who are so eager to drag Germany into a war with Russia like Merz.
The only plan seems to be is to make a great deal of money for private actors and corporations by giving huge contracts to them for weapons while the civilians are left with nothing to protect them in the event of a real war, not even a few mobile power generators.
An economic war with Russia and covid has left Germany without the minimum of material, energy resources or organization to protect 200,000 of its wealthiest residents in its capital city, just a stone s through from Merz Chancellory, from starving and freezing to death.
But what is personal wealth, a smart villa, when the state is so poor, so run down, so disorganized, so deficient in all emergency back up measures that it cannot do the minimum to help 200,000 of its wealthiest citizens in the capital when the electricity goes for nearly a week with minus 16 temperatures?
And how wealthy can citizens remain in a ruined country., ruined by disastrous energy and other policies.
Insurance companies are also refusing to assist home owners facing extra costs.
Plans to introduce the digital euro also show a complete disconnect with reality. A digital euro spells total end for a society if there is an electricity blackout. No one can escape from a situation like the above with a bit of cash in their pocket to buy a gas stove, candles or get a hotel room.
