Dear President Xi,
I am writing to draw your attention to the fact that reporters like myself are targets of crimes, violence and human rights abuses carried out by people in government.
I played a crucial role in reporting on the Billionaires epidemic disease plots from the bird flu in 2009 in Austria, to the swine flu that same year, and later Ebola, from 2014 to 2015 and covid from 2020 in as far as I was still able due to the massive censorship on social media.
My fact based, objective reports made me the target of crimes by the Billionaires George Soros and Bill Gates, who profited from this scheme and who did not, and do not, want their schemes exposed, putting me at risk.
The perversions of justice in criminal probes D 15 218, E 17 449 and spins offs in Greece are a reminder that "we live in an era of great power rivalry, that the rules based order is fading, that the strong can do what they can, and the weak must suffer what they must," as Mark Carney said at Davos.

Mark Carney said that the Western politicians and elite "knew the story of the international rules-based order was partially false that the strongest would exempt themselves when convenient, that trade rules were enforced asymmetrically. And we knew that international law applied with varying rigour depending on the identity of the accused or the victim."
I am one of the victims of the strong, the lawless Billionaires, of George Soros, Bill Gates, Donald Trump, Jared Kushner, Ursula von der Leyen, Alexis Tsipras, Werner Faymann and other powerful billionaires.
This is documented in official state government probes in Greece.
The probes document their motive as being my reporting about their epidemic disease and other schemes.
The probes crystallize these Billionaires as having personal knowledge of my blog.
The corruption of due process that followed to hide this evidence against them in the probes is the ultimate proof that Soros, Gates, Trump, Kushner are the authors of the crimes helped now by Kyriakos Mitsotakos in the cover up as they were before by Alexis Tsipras. To corrupt so many judges and prosecutors and police requires political power.
While I welcome Keir Starmer s visit to China and a reset of relations, I believe that it is in the interests of China and the UK as well as Europe that the rule of law is upheld.
That is why I ask you to engage with Keir Starmer and raise the issue of human rights abuses.
By the way, I grew up in London. My mother taught British Politics and Constitution at A Level in a London Secondary School. I went to school in London and Edinburgh University. I am a half Irish citizen. I reported for The British Medical Journal, The Guardian and other British media. So I have a close connection to the UK.
The crimes started in April 2015 after I warned UK MPs about a particular piece of legislation. They continued even after then Chair of the Health Committee, D Sarah Wollaston asked me to participate in an inquiry into the UK s readiness for a pandemic in 2016.
The inquiry never happened.

Instead of an inquiry and protection for me, the Billionaires left free to continue, did continue with their criminal scheme. Covid overran the world from 2020, starting in China itself.
China was the first target of the weaponized virus, weaponized mostly by US army, US government, US academics and US NGO units such as EcoHealth co funded by Bill Gates.
China was also the target of a false and deceptive marketing campaign presenting the Pfizer mRNA covid vaccines as safe and effective when they were designed to cause mass sickness and death. This has now been documented in government Excess Death statistics.

Just for warning people, also China, about this shocking crime, I have been subjected to beatings, theft, slander, prison, banned from social media, blacklisted from working, blocked from getting my own money and now forced to live and die if I am not helped quickly on the streets.
The perversions of justice In D 15 218 and E 17 449 are clear and shocking. The failure to correct them has exposed me to ever more crimes. I was even falsely accused of defamation and sentenced to prison in September 2021 after corruption allowed the original culprits including George Soros, Gates, Trump and Kushner to escape despite the evidence.
While UK and Western media and politicians accuse China of crimes against humanity against the Uyghur population as well as mal treatment of Jimmy Lai - the Hong Kong pro-democracy media tycoon and UK citizen – who is facing a life sentence in prison, they are silent about these crimes against a reporter, myself.
If they reported on these crimes against me, it would expose the Western media for what it is, namely, propaganda.
Banned from social media, blacklisted from working, I am punished for risking my life in the name of truth, justice, and human rights. I am punished for exercising my right to a free media, for not repeating propaganda.
In addition, the European Commission is imposing sanctions on journalists like the Swiss colonel Jacque Baud to put him in as desperate a position as I am in in an alarming move.
It is clear that the EC and governments who engaged in the covid and Ebola and other schemes want to silence reporters who expose their complicity.
These crimes started in Austria in 2009,2010 and they have continued until now, 2026 without a break. I have been hunted, persecuted, threatened, subjected to slander, censorship, violence,prison without a break for 18 years. It is amazing I am alive. But I will not be for long without help. That is a fact.
I have had to sleep outside in sub zero temperatures and nearly died several times from hypothermia at night and now I still have to sleep outside in freezing cold. I If some kind people in Larisa did not give me free food, I would starve to death. None of the local government authorities willl help me because they are in the pocket of the Billionaires and their tool in Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis,
I have informed the Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis about my situation and insisting he does his duty as the person ultimately responsible for the functioning of justice and order the correction of the violations and the return of my money so I can at least pay for shelter, for somewhere to sleep, and something to eat.
Mr Mitsotakis knows the mayor of Larisa. He belongs to his party. He knows the clergy. He knows it is easy for him to ensure I at least I get my own money back also the money stolen as documented in bank transfers for 96,000 euros in the police file D 15 218 so I can pay for something to eat and somewhere to sleep.
Yet, Mr Mitsotakis has wilfully ignored my rights to allow this dire situation to continue with this persecution. Knowing my health will break down, knowing I might die any day, he feigns and pretends to not know he must act because murdering me is what he wants, what the original crimes are all about.
Does China really want to do business with some one like Mr Mitsotakis or Ursula von der Leyen when they show such disregard for the rule of law and for the rights of others, for justice, for truth?
Can China really build a good relationship with the UK and EU if the politicians in charge refuse to recognize their obligation to uphold the laws of their own country? Is the arrogance and lawlessness of the Western politicians beholden to Billionaires like George Soros, Bill Gates, Donald Trump and Jared Kushner, not a threat to China and the BRICS? Who can trust people who are so corrupt and so hardened in lawlessness?
In an era of ever more dangerous biowarfare, does China want to form alliances with governments who try to kill a reporter in cold blood for giving accurate warnings? And who never stop in 18 years in these crimes against a reporter ?
In the light of the above, I ask you, President Xi, to bring up my situation with Keir Starmer when he is in China and encourage him to use his power and influence to correct this perversion of justice as soon as possible.
I am copying his office and the UK Foreign Office in to ensure they are completely informed about this scandal.
Everyone suffers when the journalists and freedom of media are attacked.
I hope you will bring this matter up in your meeting with Keir Starmer.
I am copying in Mark Carney and the Swiss Federal Prosecutors and other countries to inform them about this situation and ask them to use their influence to stop this ongoing crime against me.
I am also copying in the Greek Foreign Minister as well as Kyriakos Mitsotakis so you can see with certainty he is completely informed.
In addition, I am copying in Ursula von der Leyen and her Cabinet Chief of Staff as well as Friedrich Merz so you can see they too are completely informed and have been for a long time. This fact makes them complicit in a de facto premeditated murder attempt against a reporter.
I have sent them an email almost every day about my dire situation because every day I could die from the cold, hunger, exhaustion. They have never responded to my legitimate request that they uphold the law because they see me as weak and themselves as strong, protected by Soros, Gates, Trump and Kushner, and they feel they can kill me in front of the eyes of the world with impunity.
Their behaviour is frankly outrageous. They occupy office under false pretenses, abuse it to enrich themselves,, take the tax money of the people for covid jab and other schemes and commit crime after crime against those very people. And they never repent, never change, never stop. And then they dare lecture China about human rights abuses, dare lecture Russia about them, dare to claim the UK and Europe are democracies under the rule of law when they know this is fiction.
If there is no action to protect the rights of a reporter even now, and soon before I die, am murdered by the Billionaires, I believe China must seriously ask itself whether the politicians in the West are acting in good faith. Whoever works secretly for Soros, Gates, Trump and Kushner is not a friend of China, I would argue. There is ample room for deceit.
I ask for quick response to my dire situation is essential because have now been living on the streets with no money for two months and my health is breaking down. It is foreseeable that I will soon die in this situation.
That is why there is also the option of China taking legal action against the Billionaires.
As an affected party, impacted by covid, and other schemes China can ask for the criminal probes to be transferred to a Chinese judge and open its own investigation, start issuing subpoenas and arrest warrants.
I urge you to consider the option, President Xi.
China can expand its legal tools and become a global legal superpower as well solving conflicts using the rule of law.
