Canada s army may be small but it can devastate the US military by taking advantage of the terrain and huge distances the US military would have to cross on land if they get across the border.
The incredibly long stretches of road lined with forests etc can be turned into an endless obstacle course with felled trees, ditches, mines, tank traps, snipers.
A relatively small number of people with chainsaws may be able to block entire highways for 100s of miles by felling trees on either side.
Pictures show lots of stretches of highway, regional roads are lined by very tall trees which can be cut down to block the highway and the forest paths.

A second front with Alaska has to be secured, can be used to obtain Vancouver, a vital port for trade with China, Asia.
The oil fields of Canada need special protection as a prize Trump will seek to gain.
As a last resort, they can be destroyed along with the pipelines to deny Trump and his cronies the oil.
But access to them can be made very hard using the natural features of Canada, also its vast forests.
Highways can be filled with felled trees, cut down from either side and rolled across to save time and energy.
Huge, heavy, wet trees can be placed across the road quite easily every few metres.
But for the US army to remove all these trees will be a huge task requiring immense effort.

Imagine having to do that 1000 times, 10 thousand times just to advance 100 miles!
Also, snow can be converted into water and then sprayed in between trees or on highways to create ice rinks.
Imagine if the US army vehicles have to drive on sheer ice in between clearing trees.
The cold winter snow and distances can be weaponized against US troops in many ways.
If their supplies and logistics are cut off by guerrialla attacks in the rear, the soldiers will be in deep trouble.
My thinking is a bigger risk to Canada would be if Trump sends his ICE paramilitaries to Canada.
The ICE paramilitaries are real thugs.

They may think it better to send US troops out of the country and into Canada asTrump tries to install himself as a dictator in DC.
There are only about 150 land based border crossing which the US army can use to enter Canada and these can be fortified and or mined or destroyed.
Mounting a naval invasion of Canada would be all but impossible for today s overstretched US navy but the Canadian army can scout around to see if there are narrow sea passages and ports which can be prepared.
Airports can also be fortified to prevent airlifting of troops.

Canada can also ask China to import drones and missiles.
Best of all would be Canada arrest Trump as per E 17 449 and exposes him before the US troops as their real enemy scheming to launch covid years in advance while his son in law, Jared Kushner, schemed with him to make a fortune by signing contracts with Pfizer for the toxic covid jabs.
Then the will of the US soldiers to fight will go.
I suspect US military morale is already low because the army leadership is so poor.
