New layer of censorship stopping me accessing most of internet continues?

 The third day since I cannot access websites like The Telegraph

Blockage happened after a local cafe where I use the WIFI changed the provider to Comoste

Is the timing a coincidence? Or a sign that Mitsotakis, Netanyahu were and are planning military action against Venezuela, Iran etc and do not want media scrutiny??
