MICHAEL VD SCHULENBERG DISCUSSES EU SANCTIONS AGAINST SWISS COLONEL JACQUE BAUD HAVE LEFT HIM WITHOUT MONEY FOR FOOD, RENT, CANNOT RETURN TO SWITZERLAND FROM BRUSSELS

Michael von der Schulenburg and Glenn Diesen discuss the administrative sanctions imposed on a Swiss colonel Jacque Baud for challenging the official narrative on the Ukraine.

PARALLEL TO MY CASE IS CLEAR

BUT THE FACT THE ATTACKS OCCURED AGAINST ME OCCURED TEN YEARS AGO WEN NATIONAL LAW WAS STILL SOMEWHAT FUNCTIONING MEANS THE ENTIRE CRIMINAL PROCESS HAS BEEN DOCUMENTED IN NATIONAL LAW

SPECIFICALLY IN PROSECUTOR PROBES D 15 218, E 17449 AND COVER UPS

BY CONTRAST JACQUES BAUD S SANCTIONS ARE MERE EU ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTIONS WHICH PLACE HIM OUTSIDE THE RULE OF LAW ALTOGETHER AND CANNOT BE APPEALED EASILY USING NATIONAL COURTS

Asset freezes and a travel ban mean that Baud has to ask the Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, for money to pay for his rent, food and also to air his opinions.

He is de facto deprived of all rights in a lawless and despostic process which has many parallels to my case.

There is vital different.

While I am de facto in the same position as Baud, the way I got there is documented in national, Greek, state prosecutor probes .

These crucially document massive violations of national law against me and also implicate Ursula von der Leyen directly because of evidence she was warned in advance covid was a scam, warned the covid jabs were toxic by docs in the EC, communications between myself and her predecessor, and she ignored the warnings.

59 people are on the sanctions list for essentially expressing their free speech rights.

There seems to be no legal avenue for appeal.

Michael von der Schulenburg: EU Has Become Lawless - Crushing All Dissent

Michael von der Schulenburg is a German member of the EU Parliament who was previously a UN diplomat for 34 years in positions that included Assistant Secretary General of the UN Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs. Schulenburg explains how the EU became lawless by illegally sanctioning its citizens without any legal proceedings or legal recourse.

AI Overview

The European Union recently imposed sanctions on Jacques Baud, a retired Swiss army colonel and former intelligence analyst for NATO, over his statements and analyses regarding the war in Ukraine. The sanctions were applied because the EU considers his commentary, which often appears on pro-Russian media outlets, to be "pro-Russian propaganda" and "conspiracy theories".

The sanctions are not merely symbolic and have tangible effects on his financial and personal life. They include an asset freeze and a travel ban throughout the EU and Schengen Area. This has direct implications for his ability to cover basic living expenses, such as rent and food, as his assets are frozen.

Key details about the sanctions:

Reasoning: The official EU listing cites Baud's claims that Ukraine orchestrated its own invasion to accelerate NATO membership, among other allegations, labeling them as information manipulation and interference.

Impact on Living Expenses: Because his assets are frozen, Baud, who was residing in Brussels, is reportedly facing difficulties in paying for essential needs like rent and food, effectively being "punished by administrative action" without a prior court conviction.

Legal Status: The sanctions are an executive action by the EU Council and not the result of a judicial process or indictment.

Current Situation: Baud is reportedly assessing his legal options to contest the sanctions, and the Swiss foreign ministry is seeking information from EU authorities regarding the appeals procedures available to him. Due to the travel ban, he has been unable to return to Switzerland from Brussels.
