Russian troops can use the network of Ukraine highways to move at top speed, bypass and encircle and put under siege cities like Dnipro as well, concentrating forces to control strategic transport nodes where highways and roads cross to prevent resistance from mobilizing and gaterhing.

The Russian army has adopted the tactics of encircling settlements, forcing the Ukrainian Armed Forces to leave the cities, so there will be no battle for Selidovo. The telegram channel "Resident" writes about this.

Fighting continues in the Pokrovsky direction west of Novogrodovka, where Russian units are trying to cut the Pokrovsk— Selidovo highway, the Ukrainian telegram channel Military analytics reports today.
