US military should help protect Trump s plane but refuse to be used for the election Only the rule of law can guarantee peace, prosperity and democracy in the USA

Trump s request for military aircraft and anti missile capacities to protect his plane is certainly legitimate given the assassination attempts against him and the increasing use of drones and missiles as tools of targetted assassinations.

But his proposal that the military be called in on election day to target Americans should be rejected.

The USA has the rule of law and  haveily armed law enforcement, armed police, sheriffs, and even National Guard to control riots.

It does not need the military. The Posse Comitatus Act forbids it.

The US military should know by now there is an enemy within and that enemy within subjected them to an uncontrolled and dangerous experiment with covid jabs which was essentially illegal. The cover up of the harms is illegal.

Both the Trump admin and the Biden, Harris admin were instrumental in this crime against the military and the civilian population

The enemy within is the one who wants to abolish the rule of law.

Whether it is Trump or Harris, it does not matter. Neither can be allowed to become tyrants.

Klaus Schwabs pal Elon Musk (both attended a Globalist gala in New York in September along with Bourla and Mitsotakis) has supported a lawless tyranny by Milei in Argentina.

Better to put Schwab and Musk in prison for ordinary sense crimes and censorship over the covid jab harms and the Greek prosecutor probe

The idea of deploying the military on Election Day would be an unprecedented intrusion on the voting process, though the Insurrection Act of 1807, enacted during the presidency of Thomas Jefferson, gives the president the authority to deploy the National Guard and the military to combat insurrections or other disorder. During his presidency, Trump warned he would invoke the law in response to the protests over the death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police, but ultimately did not do so.

The Harris campaign quickly responded to the comment: “Donald Trump is suggesting that his fellow Americans are worse ‘enemies’ than foreign adversaries, and he is saying he would use the military against them,” Harris campaign spokesperson Ian Sams said in a statement.

The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385, original at 20 Stat. 152) signed on June 18, 1878, by President Rutherford B. Hayes that limits the powers of the federal government in the use of federal military personnel to enforce domestic policies within the United States. Congress passed the Act as an amendment to an army appropriation bill following the end of Reconstruction and updated it in 1956, 1981 and 2021.
