I would like to draw your attention to the fact  I have now had to spend five nights on the street with no money as a result of being denied my right to justice.

In this email, I outline a plan to get my own stolen money back as a first step with your help attaching key documents from the original police probe and a related civil case showing I am owed this money, and discussed below.

Please consider writing about this aspect today with these proofs because I cannot continue sleeping on the streets like this and survive.

The legal process is not failing. It is being sabotaged to allow Mitsotakis and his powerful friends to escape justice for their crimes against a reporter and their covid jab and other schemes, which have cost the Greeks tens of thousands of Excess Deaths and billions.

The cost of Mitsotakis failure has to be born by the Greeks who still have no justice for covid and other crimes, or compensation for covid jab harms. Businesses have suffered.

But the cost I have to pay has continued to mount.

This is now my fifth night on the streets of Larisa.

I have had to sleep in temperatures close to zero for five nights without a sleeping bag I am denied all help by the government, also the Mayor of Larisa, a member of the party of Mitsotakis, who has been fully informed also of the miscarriage of justice and of my sleeping on the streets yesterday and who refused me de facto all help, ignored my request.

Clearly, this level of hardship is a very real threat to my health and life.

It is a deliberate strategy. Last Thursday, without warning, I ws locked out of the flat, all my possessions seized, under threat of rape and left to endure a night with just the clothes I was standing in and no money when Storm Byron was raging. If someone had not given me money for a hotel so I could dry my clothes and shelter, I would have died that night from hypothermia. Ditto the next rainy nights.

But I am coming close to that again after five nights on the street of Larisa in the freezing cold.

The insistence of Mr Mitosatakis that the case is "closed" is a scandal.

Every time the evidence is presented of a massive miscarriage of justice, the review always finds in favour of the corruption.

I ask you to raise the case with the Minister of Justice today

The behaviour of Mr Mitsotakis and his associates continues to be appalling.

I have been repeatedly brushed off by Mitsotakis and his ministers despite massive evidence of violations of justice.

The plan is to continue to drag my name through the mud and smear me as a mentally ill conspiracy theorist who has brought this catastrophe on myself and who is solely to blame, whose behaviour is “impossible”.

To ask for justice is not to behave badly. It is to insist on a fundamental right.

One thing you could ask for immediately is related to 96,000 euros in bank transfers to Theodekti documented in D 15 218.

This may the easiest way for me to get at least my own money back and so pay for some shelter and food.

You can specifically ask why I have not received back the 96,000 euros despite the law saying that I had to get it back as I was assured when I filed charges in 2015 (D 15 218) because of the abuse of Theodekti.

The law states that Theodekti has to return the sum and the fruits of the investment of that sum, if invested.

The crimes of Theodekti cannot be washed away by a miscarriage of justice.

I started a civil case to get my 96,000 euros returned in 2016 when I saw that the original criminal case D 15 218 had been corrupted and I was facing huge extra expenses in my fight for justice.

The civil court judge also ruled against me in 2017 despite all the evidence showing bias against me.

Despite the fact the transfers were made to her account and to her Skete in Estonia and she did not return it to me , proven also by the lack of all receipts,  as well as the proof of an attempt at bribery and a beating in the original police report and other harms, I was not entitled to get my money back.

Please see the 2017 ruling attached as well as my reply to Theodekti s claims, showing how absurd, fantastical and obviously lies these were.

I also attach the police doctors report from April 2015 proving bruising from a beating administered by Theodekti and, or another nun.

I also attach the original police reports proving an attempt to bribe my lawyer was made after the Bishop was informed!

This bribery attempt is in a police report from April 2015 and so proven! It has never been refuted. It has simply been ignored, suppressed as part of a miscarriage of justice.

The police report which became D 15 218 lists among the pieces of evidence it is sending the prosecutor my bank statements. At the time, I had found only 79,000 euros. In fact, it was 96,000 euros. To clarify, Theodekti received from me 96,000 euros from me at least.As you can see from my bank statements for this period, I received NO donations of any kind while reporting on a fake epidemic disease scheme, then using Ebola, and which nearly overran the world in 2014

When I am denied the return of 96,000 euros despite all the evidence I am the victim of massive crimes by Theodekti and loaded with extra legal expenses, then it is to bankrupt me and destroy me.

The plan is to continue to drag my name through the mud and smear me as a mentally ill conspiracy theorist who has brought this catastrophe on myself and who is solely to blame, whose behaviour is “impossible”.

I am smeared as a person publicizing epidemic threats like the swine flu, covid, Ebola for money when I have had to give up my career and my home, suffer abuse and crimes and have been made destitute.

The 96,000 euros comes from the sale of my property in Vienna in 2012 when I feld Austria because of similar crimes only for the crimes to follow me across the border.

I am blacklisted and de facto unable to earn money as a reporter. I have no more access to a bank account.

All this as part of a strategy of financial warfare to deprive me of the means to live.

 Clearly it is not true that Theodekti does not have the money to return to me. She and the Bishop of Volos,, who is also implicated from the beginning in all the crimes, having been informed of the criminal charges in April 2015 already only to bribe my then lawyer, have sufficient funds.

They do not want to give them to me as a strategy. The strategy is the same as in the Horizon IT scandal. Impoverished, desperate victims who die of sickness or in prison or commit suicide cannot mount effective justice campaigns and get compensation.

The fact that these are members of the clergy is especially shocking.

Mitsotakis and his Ministers know that there has been a miscarriage of justice. But they are operating some kind of intimidation system. 

The media is to be intimidated and made complicit in hiding the corruption of Mitsotakis and the evidence of his prior knowledge that covid was a scheme. Covid was not natural, not the Hand of God, not an unforeseen event as Mitsotakis claimed. That was marketing and he knew it. It was a money making scheme. The experimental covid vaccines were unsafe. Mitsotakis knew it. He knew that not all criticism was a conspiracy theory. Much was valid. But he was determined to advance the money making scheme. He was determined to help the Billionaires monopolize the message.

Crimes against a reporter to ensure the public were utterly deceived as to the real reasons for the lockdown and vaccines were a part of the scheme. And when the crimes were prosecuted, due process was sabotaged to allow more crimes.

Now he is determined to silence myself who can show that he knew.

This is the reason why he refuses to address the plain violations or accept the threat they pose to my life.

The defamation charges against me must also be nullified. TheyFappali are trumped up charges which were only possible because of the large number of miscarriages of justice, which the Supreme Court in Athens has been aware of since 2015 when it ordered the original investigation to be reopened.

They have brushed off my requests for justice.

I am bearing costs similar to the Post Office scandal victims for the wrong doings of figures in government. Financial ruin, unbelievable levels of hardship here in Larisa with no help at all.

This scandal is also a precedent for using parliament to get justice.

Then MP and now Lord, jame Arbuthnot got involved in the campaign for exposure and justice surrounding the Post Office scandal, in which hundreds of Post Officer staff were wrongly accused and convicted of theft, fraud and false accounting, due to a faulty computer system.

Arbuthnot eventually achieved justice in what has been called the "greatest criminal justice scandal in modern British history.

He founded a group of MPs.

I spoke yesterday to the Union of Shop Owners in Larisa and was told that large numbers of small shops had closed due to covid, soaring energy costs and the championing of large retail complexes.

The proof of a criminal scheme allows businesses all around Greece to claim compensation.

You could also found a group of MPs representing Constituents and businesses affected by the covid jab harms and lockdowns.

James Arbuthnot also called for a judge led inquiry.

I ask Zoe Konstantopoulo and your party to do the same.

The crisis also throws up opportunities for your party.

You can expose one of the greatest criminal justice scandals in recent history.

I appreciate you have a lot to do and there are many emergencies, also with the farmer subsidies.

But this is also an emergency!

I am desperate now as a result of this injustice. I face a sixth night on the street, I have nothing to eat, no money at all for food or shelter. I must ask others for all help. This, quite apart from all the other threats.

Please write a letter to the Minister of Justice or forward my letter and insist that I get justice speedily after then years

Please publicize this appalling scandal and my life threatening situation which flows from it today. This is de facto state organized murder of a reporter by a politician abusing his power. It is a shocking insight into what reporters must suffer today in Europe when they expose the corruption of powerful politicians.

I ask for help today so I do not have to sleep in the freezing cold for a sixth night! This cannot continue. I will not survive. It is de facto state organized murder of a reporter, as noted.
