PARALLELS WITH POST OFFICE SCANDAL ARE CLEAR

GREEK FARMERS ALSO SEEM TO BE SUFFERING A SIMILAR SCANDAL IN RELATION TO SUBSIDIES BEING WITHHELD WITHOUT SUFFICIENT CAUSE OR ON THE BASIS OF FAULTY DATA FORCING THEM INTO RUIN

Dear Athanasios Mamakos

Following my other emails to you, I advise you to tell your legal advisers to prepare for trials along with the head of KEM and for first degree murder.

The basis of my claim are the ongoing investigation by the UK police into the Post Office executives and their legal advisors who falsely accused submasters, failed to admit their mistake, failed to give redress and so caused thousands to suffer imprisonment, bankruptcy, stress and even caused suicides.

The 13 suicides connected to these actions are now part of corporate manslaughter investigation by the UK Police.

When cover ups and wilful blindness  to the consequences of criminal actions are proven, when it is proven that these cause distress, bankruptcy, illness of health and  suicide, then it is manslaughter in the UK.

Your situation is far more serious and the charges against you for your role in sanctioning and enabling these crimes against me in Larisa since you took office, will be first degree murder if your actions do result in my death also from being forced to sleep on the streets and attempted murder if you take steps today to redress your failures and restore my rights.

You may think nothing will ever happen to you but so did the Post Office executives and their lawyers.

The evidence in D 15 218 and E 17449 and of perversion of justice is so clear and your cover up so clear and so well known also the Russians and Chinese, that my bet is trials will come very quickly indeed whether you kill me or not.

You are a lawyer, no? 

Then you should be aware that you will be held twice as responsible for breaking the law while in office as a mayor on behalf of Mitsotakis for favours, we presume.

It is in your interest to drop the pretence you are not aware of an ongoing crime against me and not  a part of it today and to be seen to do so.

I do hope you and KEM will not send another fantastical email like yesterday when KEM falsely claimed to have phoned me and blamed me for not responding.

If I do not respond because I am no longer alive because you have succeeded in your crime of murder, then it is the max penalty for you.

You need to record me responding to your offers of help for a victim of Mitsotakis crimes on behalf of Billionaires to show the courts.

When you review the UK police investigation against the UK Post Office execs and lawyers, you will understand why I feel the most appropriate way of addressing you is as ordinary sense criminals given the evidence which is so well known in Russia, China and also in Greece.

They are Greek probes. You show total contempt for the Greek prosecutors when you trample all over due process to threaten a reporter who has worked for the public interest.
