OVERVIEW
The crimes Albert Bourla, CEO of Pfizer, can be charged with, and charged with by United States State Attorney Generals, including the Attorney General of Kansas who has filed a lawsuit against Pfizer for false and deceptive marketing of the Pfizer, BioNtech jabs,and charged with, today, this hour, and placed in pretrial detention for, and that,today,this hour, are as simple as they are serious.
The crimes include conspiring to murder a whistleblower and reporter in Greece in June, July 2022, as well as joining in the falsification of official prosecutor probe evidence to hide from United States State Attorney Generals from May, June 2022 onwards, vital proofs concerning these murder attempts.
These proofs in the form of official state prosecutor probes in Greece since 2015 demonstrate beyond any reasonable doubt that covid was not an act of God, not a naturally occurring event, and that the harms of Pfizer,BioNtech s mRNA covid vaccines have caused as shown by Excess Death data are not unforseeable, unpredictable but part of an intentional,deliberate scheme of which Bourla was a part.
Bourla, as I will show from emails, joined in,at the latest in 2022, the murder attempt against a reporter in Greece and the falsification of evidence to US State Attorney Generals, working together with his close business partners in developing and marketing the Pfizer, BioNtech covid jab, Bill and Melinda Gates and Warren Buffett, as well as Billionaires George and Alex Soros and political associates Joe Biden and Geoffrey Pyatt, because Bourla knew the implications of the existenc of state prosecutor probes in Greece.
Bourla knew from emails in January 2022 at the latest that his close business partners had been caught in state prosecutor probes in Greece, identified by their names, in seeking to personally organize and kill an English speaking reporter, who has written for Nature, the British Medical Journal and other science publications, were Bill and Melinda Gates and their Foundation, which broadly includes Warren Buffett and their staff as well as George and Alex Soros and their Foundation, in 2015.
This as part of a plan for censorship of their epidemic disease lab disease and jab scheme,which includes Ebola, covid, bird flu and so on since 2009 as I will show.
Bourla knew, and does know, the implications of the Greek probes are enormous,and as I will show, was ready to go to criminal lengths to keep the United States of America, State Attorney Generals from understanding their significance, from getting justice for the victims of their covid lockdown and jab scheme, from getting compensation for the crimes committed against them, for the harms to their health and their jobs.
On January 30th 2022,Bourla was sent,along with Kyriakis Mitsotakis, by myself by email key documents in the probe proving the original crimes of Gates and Soros, and proving, too, the corruption of Greece s Supreme Court to allow the Billionaires to escape and organize the covid plot, as well as proving additional crimes organized by Gates and Soros to falsely accuse, put on trial and imprison the repoter as retaliation.
At that time, on receipt of that information and copies of key documents in official criminal proceeedings, Bourla had a choice.
One, he could obey the law on informed consent rules for Pfizer,BioNtech s covid jab and take action to stop the crimes against a reporter, by taking approrpriate action. He could have convened,for example, a board meeting of Pfizer, consulted lawyers, used his extensive business and personal network in Greece to correct the violations against the reporter, and protect free speech, informed consent and human lifes also in America.
Bourla is a dual Greek and American citizen, born in Thessaloniki, fluent in Greek. So, language was no barrier for him in reading about the official prosecutor proceedings implicating Bill Gates in Greece the most serious crimes against a reporter.
Two, he could join in the crimes of Gates and Soros.
The course of events from January 2022, after he was informed, show beyond a doubt, that Bourla joined in the crimes and corruption of Gates in Greece.
His motive is plain. He had in mind even then that there might soon be lawsuits such as the Kansas Attorney General against Pfizer filed on XX for false and deceptive marketing.
He knew the probes proved that covid was a deliberate scheme and design, and that proof would strip pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer and BioNtech of immunity and expose him to criminal prosecution, yes, to first degree, premeditated mass murder charges and that his conviction was guaranteed.

Bourla knew immunity has been granted to pharmaceutical companies producing covid jabs only for civil claims, and only under the assumption covid is a naturally occuring virus and pandemic emergency, and under the assumption the covid injections are given in good faith as a genuine antidote to a genuine threat, and that,under these circumstances, some kind of financial and legal cushion for performing a public servic as well as for potential side effects of the jabs is justified.
Bourla knew the immunity shield of Pfizer,BioNtech as well as for Moderna, Johnson and Johnson and Astra Zeneca, is stripped away by the proofs contained in Greek prosecutor probes.
The most serious consequence of the criminal probes is that the public has not been given informed consent by intention. The public has intentionally been kept in the dark about the true risks and dangers of the covid jabs. Informed consent is requird to be given by every single person who took or takes the vaccine. But Bourla and his business partner,Gates and associates that the public would not take the covid jabs if they were informed about the risks,and they organized a campaign of censorship to intentionally, knowingly hide from the public the dangers and intentionally and knowingly uphold a campaign of false and deceptive marketing.
Bourla knew, and knows very well today, that if Pfizer,BioNtech are held criminally liable for all the cases of deaths and sickness in the USA, and in Kansas, that their defective covid jabs have caused according to Excess Death statistics, then the liabilities would outsrip all the profits and assets of the companies and lead to their bankruptcy.
Bourla knew too that tens if not hundreds of Pfizer executives faced prison,including Pfizer Board member Scott Gottlieb.
He knew that penalties he and his associates faced include the death penalty. After all, it can be shown he joined in a plot to knowingly and intentionally give even children, even babies, jabs he knew and could reasonably foresee would make many sick and kill some for no benefit.
That s why Bourla took a risk and decided to in early 2022 to join in the cover up of the the proofs in Greece against Gates his close business partner,and would lead to Gates imprisonment and to discovery about what Bourla knew as a Greek national about these crimes to stop, prevent, impair informed consent to the covid jabs
Bourla had in mind that prosecutors like the Swiss Federal Prosecutor would take up the evidence as they did in July 2023.

With lawsuits and legal action embroiling him in serious crimes in mind, especially in the USA, where Pfizer had the biggest market share of the covid jabs, and so are liable for the biggest share of the deaths and sicknesses these jabs have caused, Bourla decided to break the law.
It can be proven he is as guilty as Gates of attempted murder of an English speaking reporter.
He intentionally sanctioned and approved of a continuation of the corruption to put the reporter on trial and in prison on the basis of false accusations and defamation charges, violating all due process guarantees, for reporting on the proofs against Gates and Soros in May 2022.
He intentionally broke every law to organize the incarceration of the reporter in June,July 2022 in a place just outside his home town in Greece, Thessaloniki.
He intended that the reporter would be murdered there and the proofs against Gates,implicating him, would be exterminated with the reporter.
He did not foresee that the reporter would be able to escape from the high security confinment in July 2022 and supply the evidence.
When the reporter was able to escape imprisonment and able to inform law enforcement and the public, also in the USA, about the prosecutor probes in Greece, Bourla joined Gates in continuing with the means available to him to destroy the reporter as I will show.
In all of these crimes, Bourla and Gates have relied on a network of politicians superimposed on government who were,and are, ready to carry out their criminal scheme for their private profit under colour of office.

The prosecutor probes prove that Bourla, Gates and Soros hold te Greek state in their hands. The corruption organized to hide the proofs against Soros and Gates at the Supreme Court in 2016 could only have been accomplished by the highest political power, includig diplomatic power, as discussed below.

The fact the reporter escaped with the help of others and was able to notify the public and no effort was made to return her to her place of imprisonment by any of the police and prosecutors underlines the illegal nature of her detention

We can predict where this will lead if Bourla, Gates and Soros are allowed to escape justice once more, if the proofs are ignored and they are left free.
