A pattern? Secret Service were warned of a similar critical security flaw for a July RNC rally in April, ignored warnings. Secret Service sniper must have made positive decision to not shoot assassin in his sights for minutes, killed assassin with precision shot to his head

POLICE SNIPER APPEARS TO HAVE MADE THE POSITIVE DECISION TO KEEP THE ASSASSIN IN HIS SIGHTS FOR MINUTES ON END AND NOT SHOOT HIM UNTIL THE ASSASSIN HAD FIRED FIVE SHOTS

ASSASSIN USED AN AR 15 SEMI AUTOMATIC RIFLE WHICH CAN FIRE 45 ROUNDS PER MINUTE  OR 400 ROUNDS MODIFIED BY A BUMPSTOCK

SNIPER WAS ONLY ABOUT 300 FT AWAY FROM ASSASSIN ON AN ELEVATED ROOF WITH A 360 DEGREE VIEW OF THE VENUE BUT WITH HIS RIFLE FIXED ON A TRIPOD POINTED RIGHT AT THE EXACT SPOT OF THE ASSASSIN

KEY SNIPER SEEMS TO BE THE ONE SEEN IN VIDEO FOOTAGE KNEELING DOWN WITH HIS RIFLE RESTING ON A TRIPOD IN A FIXED, STABLE POSITION POINTED DOWNWARDS AT THE LOWER ROOF

DID NOT MOVE HIS HEAD, HIS BODY, ARM POSITION, HIS  RIFLE OR ADJUST HIS TELESCOPE

MERELY PULLED THE TRIGGER WITHIN SPLIT SECONDS OF THE FIVE SHOTS RINGING OUT

SNIPER TEAM HAD EAR PIECES

SUSPICIOUS THAT SNIPER DID NOT SWIVEL, CHANGE THE DIRECTION OF HIS BARREL, RAISE HIMSELF UP TO GET A BETTER VIEW OF THE ASSASSIN LYING IN A PRONE POSITION ON A NEARBY ROOF BEFORE SHOOTING AS WOULD BE EXPECTED IF THE SNIPER HAD JUST SPOTTED HIM

THE LACK OF ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO THE RIFLE ALLOW US TO INFER THE SNIPER HAD THE ASSASSIN IN HIS SIGHTS ALL ALONG

THAT IS ALSO WHY SNIPER COULD TAKE PRECISION AIM AT THE ASSASSIN S HEAD AND KILL HIM IMMEDIATELYAND WHY SNIPER WAS SO SURE HE WAS IMMEDITELY DEAD AND DID NOT FOLLOW UP WITH MULTIPLE OTHER SHOTS

ASSASSIN NOT SHOT OR WOUNDED IN ANY OTHER PART OF HIS BODY, NOT IN THE SHOULDER OR LEG ALTHOUGH THESE WERE CLEAR TARGETS

NO BLOOD ON ANY PART OF HIS BODY APART FROM AROUND HIS HEAD WOUND

20 YEAR OLD MATTHEW CROOKS WAS KILLED BY FIRST PRECISION SHOT TO THE SIDE OF HIS HEAD

SNIPER NEEDED TO KILL ASSASSIN IMMEDIATELY TO PREVENT HIS CAPTURE ALIVE AND TESTIMONY? CURIOUSLY, THE ASSASSIN WAS A REGISTERED REPUBLICAN

THE NOTION THE SECRET SERVICE AND SNIPER HAD THE SHOOTER IN HIS SIGHTS FOR A LONG PERIOD IS CONSISTENT WITH THE TESTIMONY OF WITNESSES WHO SAID THEIR WARNINGS TO SECURITY AND POLICE WERE REGISTERED AND IGNORED

A similar critical security flaw, which has allowed a shooter to nearly assassiante Trump in Pennsylvania, was spottled in April by Republicans. Yet, when they approached Biden s Secret Service about the flaw for security for a RNC in July, they ignored the concerns.

This suggests that there has been a scheme, a plan to slip critical flaws into security plans for rallies involving Trump and top Republicans at the highest level.

A part of this plan is to ignore the warnings.

Warnings of rally goers that there was a sniper on a roof were ignored for four minutes by police and security service.

We can say for sure the police snipers had the shooter in their sights for the entire length of time that he was on the roof positioning himself with a rifle from the fact that they finally and instantly shot him in the head after he drew attention to himself by assassination attempt, showing there was no obstacle between the police snipers and the shooter.

The police sniper team shown in video footage did not change the position of their rifle when they shot the assassin. Their rifle was clearly aimed straight at him all along. The police sniper merely pulled the trigger after five bullets were fired.

Shooting the assassin in the head guaranteed that the assassin would not survive to tell any tales.

The police sniper team has to be questioned along with Kimberley Cheatle.

Who knows whether cash and favours or blackmail was used on the individual members of the police team to ensure they did not react as they are trained to do?

It takes an effort of will and a positive decision for a police sniper to keep a man with a rifle on a roof in his sights for minutes on end and not shoot that man or raise a red flag.

From media

Republican lawmakers have approached the U.S. Secret Service with concerns about security issues at July’s Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but Secret Service has so far been unwilling to compromise, sources told the Daily Caller.

“We have identified a critical flaw with the Security Perimeter that creates an elevated and untenable safety risk to the attending public,” counsel to the Republican National Committee Todd R. Steggerda wrote to Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle in April.

The current Secret Service plan designates Père Marquette Park as the protected First Amendment zone for demonstrations, but Republicans say that’s far too close to the convention spaces, which include Fiserv Forum (where the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks play) and UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.

...

Senator Johnson also expressed frustration about the Secret Service’s refusal to address GOP concerns.

“I appreciate what they do and I don’t doubt their sincerity, but [Cheatle] is talking about the fact that they base their assessment on certain criteria and they made their assessment and now they can’t change it. So she had the authority to use criteria they’ve used in the past to develop a security plan. She had the authority to draw up the plan but now she claims she doesn’t have the authority to change it. I think that’s crazy,” Johnson said.

“My experience with bureaucracy is they kind of dig their heels in. So I’m hoping she and the administration … whoever she reports to … in the end they report to the President, and my guess is if President Biden was aware of this, maybe that’s the next step here,” he continued. “We need to raise his level, and get him to intervene and say, ‘Let’s make sure that we reduce the risk to the full extent we can.'”

“Again we’ve raised the issue. I hope it wouldn’t happen, but if something were to happen, people have been put on notice,” Johnson added. “This isn’t like Jan. 6 where there weren’t warnings and people weren’t raising issues.”

The RNC proposed expanding the security perimeter to include Père Marquette Park park and moving the designated First Amendment zone elsewhere.

“We’re not concerned about the local protesters, it’s about the people who come from who knows where. That’s our concern and that’s why we’re asking them to move it to a different park because this is right on the edge of where one of the main pedestrian access points is,” a source in the Wisconsin Republican Party told the Caller.
