Dear Embassy of Russia, Greece,
Following my call to you today, I am writing to ask you for asylum as a reporter whose life is being threatened in Greece also by corruption in the government of Kyriakos Mitsotakis for exposing the crimes of Billionaires.

I am Swiss born and Swiss prosecutors have contacted me about two official state prosecutor probes in Larisa, Greece, with the files numbers D 15 218 and E 17 449.
These offical state prosecutor probes accusing some of the most powerful politiicians and Billionaires in the world of crimes against a reporter, myself, on the basis of very concrete evidence, are referred to throughout, are summarized here to keep this submission brief.

Before I describe the latest escalation and threat to me, I will briefly discuss the background because this helps show the crimes are all part of a continous process and who is their author.

To clarify
Kushner took a leading role in procuring as many jabs as possible for Americans and pushing them on the public, also the military, despite knowing and being fully aware they were a criminal scheme from 2016,2017 at least.
It was because he did not want to be linked to that criminl scheme and the documentary on it in June 2016 that he went to such lengths to organize the crimes in E 17 449 to hide his role and the role of others.
He knowingly and deliberately caused mass poisoning of 100s of millions of people while enriching himself personally.
Moreover, Kushner knows that these charge E 17 449 are sufficient to prosecute him for premediated mass murder and strip the immunity shield of Pfizer.

However, it emerged in 2017, that Kushner, Bannon and Trump were coordinating in secret to carry out the same scheme while feigning to be political opponents of Soros and Gates and they used the same lawyer to carry out their crimes in E 17 449.

Soros and Gates only escaped trial and conviction because of massive violations of due process organized using their criminal network superimposed on the Greek, Austria and US governments as discussed below.
This includes Alexis Tsipras and Kyriakis Mitsotakis.
The probes and corruption in Greece are themselves a continuation of an overarching conspiracy to kill the reporter first launched in Austria in 2009 when that same reporter filed charges also with the FBI against Baxter, and initiated an investigation by Vienna state prosecutors, into an attempt to start a global bird flu pandemic by contaminating 72 kilos of seasonal flu vaccine with the deadly bird flu in Baxter s Biosecurity Level 3 faclities in Orth an der Donau.
Covid from 2020 is clearly a continuation of that same scheme to thwarted until then as discussed below.
The proof of a scheme means that covid virus and the covid jab campaign and associated harms cannot be dismissed as an act of God, a random, natural emergencies. Covid is a scheme which was deliberately, wilfully and knowingly organized by Soros, Gates and their political tools, including Joe Biden and Barack Obama.
If the Soros and Gates, Trump and Kushner families and their associates had not been able to corrupt the Greek state and the state prosecutor probe D 15 218 and E 17 449, they would have been placed on trial under due process in 2016 and 2017 already and they would have been convicted, so strong was the evidence against them.
The very corruption violates all my basic and absolute rights enshrined in the ECHR and other legal frameworks including the right to a fair trial and a speedy trial.
The probes can only be lawfully closed by a due process investigation to which I am a party and so entitled to compensation
By denying me justice, corrupting justice, violating my rights, they have created a legal vaccuum which has enabled them to continue the same crimes over and over again
I was falsely imprisoned in 2022 for one month close to Thessaloniki, HQ of Pfizer and hometown of Pfizer s CEO Albert Bourla, and had to escae my imprisonment by running away to avoid sure death as discussed elsewhere.

It was inevitable that requests for help from the Greek government in securing my fair trial guarantees in Greece would be rejected illegally, and they were and are both by Alexis Tsipras and Kyriakos Mitsotakis who also knowingly joined in censorship crimes
As a dual Irish and Austrian citizen, I have the right to assistance from the Irish and Austrian govenrment when my due process rights are violated in Greece. But the very same government in Austria under Faymann and Kurz which had violated my due process rights in Austria was determined to allow my due process rights in Greece to be violated and for the same motive, namely, to silence a reporter and whistleblower.
I have repeatedly emailed Kushner, Trump, Soros, Gates, Mitsotakis, Bourla and Ursula von der Leyen and other politicians including Friedrich Merz to ask them to uphold the law and the rights to justice of citzens like me in he EU and the free press.
These people can and must by law accept responsibility for their crimes and at a minimum cease and desist their ongoing crime by ending the legal vaccuum they have created, restoring my rights, correcting the violations, returning my money and giving me compensation.
They can do this any time using a parallel civil procedure.
The fact they refuse to do, offer only stonewalling and silence is incriminating and signals their intention to use the legal vaccum to carry out more crimes.

Feigning to be a friend who wanted to help a reporter in a histroical case, he actually sought to entrap me using a method in D 15 218 and also allegedly used to murder of Charlie Kirk where his closest aides and security team may have helped organize and cover up his murder as discussed in detail by Candace Owens, in coordination with Israeli assets and with the sanctioning of Benjamin Netanyahu, a friend of Jared Kushner, two days after he called for the release of the Epstein files.
Trump reversed an election promise to release the files of Epstein, believed to be a Mossad, MI6, CiA agent, who worked very closely with Steve Bannon, it has emerged, who had extensive contacts with Austrian politicians like Sebastian Kurz.
These Epstein files are known to contain thousands of videos of abuse of children filmed by Epstein . They are believed to include powerful politicians and Billionaires like Trump, Gates, Prince Andrew and many other prominent figures.
Thes Epstein files, therefore, go to the core of the blackmail network which Billionaires like Kushner, Trump, Gates and Soros control politiicans and the machinery of the US government and governments around the world.
In November, a bipartisan Congress voted almost unaninously for the release of the files. The bill stated that it would a crime for officials in the Trump admin to redact or tamper with the files.
However, allegations have been made that the top FBI officials have just this to remove people connected to Trump and possibly Trump himself.
Due to the legal battle, the inheritance has not been settled and the title deeds of the properties have not been transferred from the mother to any of the children, it is my understanding.
It emerged that KP N ikopoulos was given a suspended prison sentence for not paying five teachers in 2020, according to his own statements which I assumed were true,
He has never had any job outside of the family school, now de facto closed due to his mismanagement of staff etc

Specifically, Kannellos Panajiotist Nikopoulos made an

⦁ attempt to portray me as a crazy conspiracy theorist as an excuse to pyschiatrize me forcibly in a scripted phone call. Pyschiatrization is a method which is misused to disappear a victim quickly without due process. also against me in Austria and in D 15 218.
⦁ two staged burglaries
⦁ the theft of an item of my clothing. The theft of my clothes, pictures and even documents and ID is documented also in D 15 218 as part of an apparant attempt to replace me with a fake double or an AI version to hide my murder
⦁ a false accusation of theft
and other actions similar to crimes in D 15 218 and E 17 449
When confronted wth these actions, K P Nikopoulos
⦁ denied at point blank verifiable facts like the theft of a pullover from my flat

He told me before Robert Cibis woud email me to ask to see me in Larisa in 2024 that he would do so, noting he was a "big fish." Robert Cibis did eventually meet me in Larisa but we did not hold an interview because he refused to cover the proofs E 17 449 or D 15 218 and wanted to interview me on trivial or out of date subjects to deflect from these proofs, completely censored in the alt right media under Bannon caught in E17 449 conspiring with Gates, Soros, Trump and Kushner in censorship
⦁ denied point blank it was suspicious that virtually all his friend and his only friends included people associated with previous crimes like the Tzimas family, close to Theodekti, the Tzintzirouli and so on
⦁ used violence, intimidation and bullying to silence me "This must stop" "Shut up"
⦁ attempted to portray me as a crazy conspiracy theorist as an excuse to pyschiatrize me forcibly in a five page document which he did not sign or date and which was full of omissions, lies and mischaracterizations

⦁ refused to give me 4o euros a week which is all the money I had for all my food and other expenses, I have so little money I cannot top up my prepaid phone card as part of a deliberate strategy to de facto destroy me by poverty and starvation
⦁ used a synthetic identity to try to hide connections. Although known to me and others until then only as Panajiotis and Akis, he replied to my emails using another name Kannellos Panajiotist Nikopulos, which is the name on his AFM but it is not the name on his FB or school website or WHO s WHO in a tactic used by Theodekti, tool of Soros and Gates in D 15 218

He removed his FB page because it showed he uses the name AKis and Panajiotis that he is very well acquainted with the probes D 15 218 and E 17 449 and my posts Indeed, he first sought me out in 2015 after Soros was caught. He sent me a link to his supposed FB page which was a blank with a string of numbers and characters and told me the plainly false fact this FB page was accessible to others if not to me to deny tampering with evidence
⦁ coordinated with a sophisticated network to organize a pursuit by a black Smart Car and by a man in black on foot. Cell phone data will show that KP N was following me and filming me just before a man in black appeared in Alcazar park who followed me around the park
Aware that he had been caught, K P Nikopoulos began a campaign of retribution
⦁ telling me to leave the flat while knowing I was only there because I had no where else to go and also this network is very dangerous for others and anyone who were to give me hospitality precisely to cause me hardship, distress and make me easier to abduct, assault
⦁ set me a deadline by Sunday 7th December to leave and ignored my reasonable demand to wait untl I had a safe alternative for me and others since he had accused me of no crime only of exposing his crimes, theft etc
⦁ informed me without warning on Thursday 4th December just before 8 pm when I was due to the flat he would be sleeping in the flat with me whether I liked it or not. Given the incredible violence he has shone as well as his self confessed addiction to porn, I had every reason to fear he would try to take advantage of my situtaiton to commit rape or assault. There is no other reason for him to sleep in the flat. He has his own 95 square metre flat close by and has never entered the flat in two years.
⦁ when I refused to stay the night with him, he informed me he would not let me in that night, and all my belongings had effectively been seized again as in the case of Ursula von der Leyen and the Tzintziroulis leaving me homeless and penniless

⦁ threatened to file charges of defamation and extortion against him for exposing his crimes and asking for 40 euros I need to eat a week to live. Note, I have no motive to make false accusations against him. I am making the accusations because they are real, factual and paint a threatening picture confirmed by his reaction to the accusations. An innocent person just presents the counter evidence, which he has never done because he has none
⦁ refused to give point by point rebutalls to evidence and constantly urged me to meet him at the police station so that he could use a corrupted police person part of D 15 218, E 17 449 and other crimes to arrest me, as he confirmed
Luckily, a friend gave me assistance in finding accomodation and some money last night and so I was able to stay off the streets, stay out of the clutches of KP N and the corrupted network, and inform people.
Parallel, I sent emails to Kushner, Trump, Bannon and Gates and their associates inviting them to settle the matter in accordance with the law. They stonewalled to allow more crimes and even escalated their crimes in close timing with the emails.
Screenshots of a cyberattack on my laptop on 2nd of December 16 54 show the wrong time 14 18 presumably as part of an occult number sequence, a white screen which appears black when a screenshot is taken of it.
This attack happened just as I reported on Jared Kushner imminent meeting in Moscow as a so called special envoy to negotiate a peace deal for the Ukraine. But without, of course, revealing to the Russians the serious crimes in which he Trump, Bannon and others are caught in official state prosecutor probes in Greece E 17 449.
It cannot be stressed too much they can at any time and in one hour begin their corrections and restore my rights and return at least my stolen 96000 documented by bak transfers in D 15 218 in 2015.
But their aim is clear.

Chairman Rand Paul Seeks Intelligence Community Records Related to COVID Origins
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Chairman Rand Paul sent a letter to the Office of the Director for National Intelligence (ODNI) requesting records related to the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs’ ongoing investigation into the origins of COVID-19 and the oversight of risky research.
The letter includes new documents obtained by the Committee revealing that members of the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) were in contact with Dr. Ralph Baric, a coronavirus expert and collaborator of Dr. Zhengli Shi of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), well before the outbreak of the global pandemic. These documents reveal that Dr. Baric’s relationship with the Intelligence Community dates back to at least 2015.
In an email dated September 10, 2015, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and ODNI initiated contact with Dr. Baric to set up a meeting to discuss a “possible project” related to “[c]oronavirus evolution and possible natural human adaptation. During Sen Ron Johnson s July 15 Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations Senate hearing, Voices of the Vaccine Injured, we heard from those whose lives were devastated by vaccine injuries and deaths, as well as fatal diseases that vaccines were intended to prevent.
CONCLUSION
I ask Russia to protect me from serious threats. It it is documented that in may case the same Epstein circle began the same crimes against me in Austria from 2009 for the same motive. And when I fled to Greece in 2013, the circle continued their exact same persecution with de facto impunity for human rights violations. The only difference is more probes against them were opened and more corruption was committed.
I believe I meet the internationally recognized criteria for being recognized as an asylum seeker as a person persecuted specifically as a journalist and for exercfising my right to free speech and to expose the crimes of the elite.
In 2025, Russia may have many advantages in broadening its asylum status to Americans and Europeans like myself.
The Russian government can publicize the probes and so demonstrate to its the Western people that their real enemies are in their governments and that these governments are waging aggressive war against Russia and potentially China to divert from their crimes and unpopularity.
It can present itself as a champion of human rights and of the rule of law by activating its diplomatic resources to compel Greece, the countries of Europe and the USA to uphold their own laws and finish prosecuting culprits captured by official state prosecutor probes.
It can demonstrate the extent to which the media is censored in the West.
The political opportunity is there to build bridges with the American and European public.
The bi partisan vote for the release of the Epstein files despite pressure and threats from Trump shows that Trump has lost control of his party and his MAGA base. This, precisely because he did not fulfil election promises also to hold Anthony Fauci and Bill Gates accountable for their covid virus and jab crimes, which have had a devastating impact on the US public and military.

Before I describe the latest escalation and threat to me, I will briefly discuss the background because this helps show the crimes are all part of a continuous process and who is their author.

To clarify
Kushner took a leading role in procuring as many jabs as possible for Americans and pushing them on the public, also the military, despite knowing and being fully aware they were a criminal scheme from 2016,2017 at least.
It was because he did not want to be linked to that criminl scheme and the documentary on it in June 2016 that he went to such lengths to organize the crimes in E 17 449 to hide his role and the role of others.

Soros and Gates only escaped trial and conviction because of massive violations of due process organized using their criminal network superimposed on the Greek, Austria and US governments as discussed below.

The probes and corruption in Greece are themselves a continuation of an overarching conspiracy to kill the reporter first launched in Austria in 2009 when that same reporter filed charges also with the FBI against Baxter, and initiated an investigation by Vienna state prosecutors, into an attempt to start a global bird flu pandemic by contaminating 72 kilos of seasonal flu vaccine with the deadly bird flu in Baxter s Biosecurity Level 3 faclitiies in Orth an der Donau.
Covid from 2020 is clearly a continuation of that same scheme to thwarted until then as discussed below.
The proof of a scheme means that covid virus and the covid jab campaign and associated harms cannot be dismissed as an act of God, a random, natural emergencies. Covid is a scheme which was deliberately, wilfully and knowingly organized by Soros, Gates and their political tools, including Joe Biden and Barack Obama.
If the Soros and Gates, Trump and Kushner families and their associates had not been able to corrupt the Greek state and the state prosecutor probe D 15 218 and E 17 449, they would have been placed on trial under due process in 2016 and 2017 already and they would have been convicted, so strong was the evidence against them.

It was inevitable that requests for help from the Greek government in securing my fair trial guarantees in Greece would be rejected illegally, and they were and are both by Alexis Tsipras and Kyriakos Mitsotakis who also knowingly joined in censorship crimes
As a dual Irish and Austrian citizen, I have the right to assistance from the Irish and Austrian government when my due process rights are violated in Greece. But the very same government in Austria under Faymann and Kurz which had violated my due process rights in Austria was determined to allow my due process rights in Greece to be violated and for the same motive, namely, to silence a reporter and whistleblower.
I have repeatedly emailed Kushner, Trump, Soros, Gates, Mitsotakis, Bourla and Ursula von der Leyen and other politicians including Friedrich Merz to ask them to uphold the law and the rights to justice of citzens like me in he EU and the free press.

Feigning to be a friend who wanted to help a reporter in a historical case, KP N actually sought to entrap me using a method in D 15 218 and also allegedly used to murder of Charlie Kirk where his closest aides and security team may have helped organize and cover up his murder as discussed in detail by Candace Owens, in coordination with Israeli assets and with the sanctioning of Benjamin Netanyahu, a friend of Jared Kushner, two days after he called for the release of the Epstein files.
The parallels with Theodekti in D 16 218 as an instrument of Soros, Gates are clear.
Trump reversed an election promise to release the files of Epstein, believed to be a Mossad, MI6, CiA agent, who worked very closely with Steve Bannon, it has emerged, who had extensive contacts with Austrian politicians like Sebastian Kurz.
These Epstein files are known to contain thousands of videos of abuse of children filmed by Epstein . They are believed to include powerful politicians and Billionaires like Trump, Gates, Prince Andrew and many other prominent figures.
Thes Epstein files, therefore, go to the core of the blackmail network which Billionaires like Kushner, Trump, Gates and Soros control politicians and the machinery of the US government and governments around the world.
In November, a bipartisan Congress voted almost unanimously for the release of the files. The bill stated that it would a crime for officials in the Trump admin to redact or tamper with the files.
However, allegations have been made that the top FBI officials have just this to remove people connected to Trump and possibly Trump himself.
Due to the legal battle, the inheritance has not been settled and the title deeds of the properties have not been transferred from the mother to any of the children, it is my understanding.

⦁ attempt to portray me as a crazy conspiracy theorist as an excuse to pyschiatrize me forcibly in a scripted phone call. Pyschiatrization is a method which is misused to disappear a victim quickly without due process. also against me in Austria and in D 15 218.
⦁ two staged burglaries on September 17th
⦁ the theft of an item of my clothing. The theft of my clothes, pictures and even documents and ID is documented also in D 15 218 as part of an apparant attempt to replace me with a fake double or an AI version to hide my murder
⦁ a false accusation of theft
and other actions similar to crimes in D 15 218 and E 17 449
When confronted with these actions, K P Nikopoulos
⦁ denied at point blank verifiable facts like the theft of a pullover from my flat
⦁ denied point blank he is a close acquaintance of Robert Cibis, founder of Oval Media who worked with Reiner Fuelmich and Steve Bannon. He told me before Robert Cibis woud email me to ask to see me in Larisa in 2024 that he would do so, noting he was a "big fish." Robert Cibis did eventually meet me in Larisa but we did not hold an interview because he refused to cover the proofs E 17 449 or D 15 218 and wanted to interview me on trivial or out of date subjects to deflect from these proofs, completely censored in the alt right media under Bannon caught in E17 449 conspiring with Gates, Soros, Trump and Kushner in censorship
⦁ denied point blank it was suspicious that virtually all his friend and his only friends included people associated with previous crimes like the Tzimas family, close to Theodekti, the Tzintzirouli and so on

He sent me a link to his supposed FB page which was a blank with a string of numbers and characters and told me the plainly false fact this FB page was accessible to others if not to me to deny tampering with evidence
⦁ coordinated with a sophisticated network to organize a pursuit by a black Smart Car and by a man in black on foot. Cell phone data will show that KP N was following me and filming me just before a man in black appeared in Alcazar park who followed me around the park
Aware that he had been caught, K P Nikopoulos began a campaign of retribution
⦁ telling me to leave the flat while knowing I was only there because I had no where else to go and also this network is very dangerous for others and anyone who were to give me hospitality precisely to cause me hardship, distress and make me easier to abduct, assault
⦁ set me a deadline by Sunday 7th December to leave and ignored my reasonable demand to wait untl I had a safe alternative for me and others since he had accused me of no crime only of exposing his crimes, theft etc
⦁ informed me without warning on Thursday 4th December just before 8 pm when I was due to the flat he would be sleeping in the flat with me whether I liked it or not. Given the incredible violence he has shone as well as his self confessed addiction to porn, I had every reason to fear he would try to take advantage of my situtaiton to commit rape or assault. There is no other reason for him to sleep in the flat. He has his own 95 square metre flat close by and has never entered the flat in two years.

⦁ threatened to file charges of defamation and extortion against him for exposing his crimes and asking for 40 euros I need to eat a week to live. Note, I have no motive to make false accusations against him. I am making the accusations because they are real, factual and paint a threatening picture confirmed by his reaction to the accusations. An innocent person just presents the counter evidence, which he has never done because he has none

Luckily, a friend gave me assistance in finding accomodation and some money last night and so I was able to stay off the streets, stay out of the clutches of KP N and the corrupted network, and inform people.
Parallel, I sent emails to Kushner, Trump, Bannon and Gates and their associates inviting them to settle the matter in accordance with the law. They stonewalled to allow more crimes and even escalated their crimes in close timing with the emails.
Screenshots of a cyberattack on my laptop on 2nd of December 16 54 show the wrong time 14 18 presumably as part of an occult number sequence, a white screen which appears black when a screenshot is taken of it.
This attack happened just as I reported on Jared Kushner imminent meeting in Moscow as a so called special envoy to negotiate a peace deal for the Ukraine. But without, of course, revealing to the Russians the serious crimes in which he Trump, Bannon and others are caught in official state prosecutor probes in Greece E 17 449.

Chairman Rand Paul Seeks Intelligence Community Records Related to COVID Origins
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Chairman Rand Paul sent a letter to the Office of the Director for National Intelligence (ODNI) requesting records related to the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs’ ongoing investigation into the origins of COVID-19 and the oversight of risky research.
