The Greek Supreme Court President Ioanna Klapa now facing prison for her role in the Tempe train collision cover up is attempting to misse defamation claims to silence free speech and legitimate criticism.

I was sentenced to prison by corrupted judges for exposing their corruption.

The criticism of Klapa and the prosecutors she directs and the claims of their orruption are based on facts, documents, verifiable by all the people in Greece, who overwhelmingly believe them.

To call the victims describing the true, vital and accurate facts of her courrption as engaing in slander is slander.

It is Klapa who is engaged in defamation and in intimidation. She needs to go along wth her corrupted prosecutors and Mitsotakis.

She does not address facts with counter facts. She does not provide a detailed analysis with accurate sources to substantiate her claim that the victims of the Tempe train collision have made an error let alone a malicious error.

Klapa engages in unsubstantiated and slanderous claims, misusing her office to intimidate victims of her crimes from speaking out with a veiled threats of defamation charges.
